Tsuru no Ashiyu Hiroba

This footbath facility is located right in front of the Onsen Jinja bus stop. In the plaza next to the Museum of Ujo Noguchi, there are two types of footbaths, a hand bath, and a pet-only footbath. The footbaths have sulfur-scented water flowing directly from the source, with one being hot and the other lukewarm. The park is popular with local residents as a place of relaxation and as a communication spot with tourists. Many events are held in the park throughout the year as a local event space. There are benches in the park, and you can see a stone monument with the remains of yutsubo (hot water vessels).
