- This is the main location of the Ittoku chain of Kushikatsu restaurants. Visitors are greeted at the door by a charming metal Billiken figure, and the small restaurant space contains eight counter seats and tatami room seating for 12. The varied menu features everything from simple meat and vegetable skewers to carefully prepared Shisomaki (nuts and miso wrapped in shiso leaves). In addition to the Kushiage Variety Set, there is an all-you-can-eat option. Ittoku's famous Doteyaki (stewed beef tendons) is available for take-out.

- This kushikatsu (skewers of fried food) bar is located on Aji no Koji inside Shin-Osaka Station. They offer a rich variety of kushikatsu, such as beef loin and pork-rolled asparagus. In addition to cutlets, they offer charcoal-grilled meat also as skewers. Their doteyaki is skewered stewed beef sinew that has been seasoned with white miso and grilled. Also, their hitokuchi gyoza triangular dumplings are a popular menu item, made on a teppanyaki grill.

出張の最後、大坂での思い出にどうしても串カツを食べたい。 友人に聞くと、大坂の地下にチェーン店ダルマがあるとのこと、ほっと一息もつかの間。大行列。もう口は串カツの気分。 地下をさまようと、ありました串カツ屋さん。そしてぎりぎり入れます、単価はダルマよりおたかいけれど、ちゃんと挙げてくれているし、出てくるのも早い。 新大阪ではこちらの方が落ち着いて食べられるのかもしれません。

The menu is centered on creative deep-fried skewers, with carefully made ones including shrimp-stuffed shiitake mushrooms and perilla-wrapped shrimp. In addition to the special skewer sauce, there is also salt, lemon and other things you can use to put on them that match your own preference. You can also order ochazuke (green tea over rice) set to finish your meal.

- A five-minute walk from Shigaraki Kohgen Railway Shigaraki Station. This kushikatsu (fried food skewer) restaurant operates out of a one-story bungalow next to a 7-Eleven which can be reached by taking a left on National Route 307 traveling from Shigaraki Station. Many of the restaurant's patrons are repeat customers from across the prefecture and beyond, and at night the establishment bustles with potters, ceramic artists, and other local regulars. The restaurant's menu consists of 27 varieties of kushikatsu, including shrimp wrapped in shiso leaves, and shiitake mushrooms stuffed with minced shrimp. The Kushi Omakase (chef's choice) course is particularly popular - delicious skewered foods are prepared and deep-fried right in front of your eyes, one at a time, until you say to stop. The non-skewer katsudon pork cutlet rice bowl, drenched in a vaunted homemade tangy sauce, is also recommended.

葉山町にあるかつやです。大通り沿いにあります。店内は広々としていて清潔感もあります。ヒレカツ、エビフライ、メンチカツのセットにしました。腹ペコだったのでご飯は大盛りにしました。カツはカリッとあがっていてとても美味しかったです。ソースも絶妙でした。そしてお手頃価格でした！
