This agritourism farm is where you can enjoy cherry picking every year around July and August. It has Japan's largest all-weather rain dome. Using no chemical fertilizers, and it grows 1,500 plants from over 30 varieties including Sato Nishiki. The homemade jams they make are great souvenirs.

Yamanashi Prefecture Minami Alps City Nishino 1202

This orchard is located in Nishino area of Minami-Alps City. The Nishino area was the first in the prefecture to adopt fruit-growing, and there is even a record from late Meiji Period of Ono Orchid and Orchard Garden shipping out cherries. In addition to cherries, there is a all-you-can-eat grape course, a grape tour course in which you can eat 10 or more varieties of in-season grapes, as well as peach-picking and plum-picking.

Nagano Pref. Nakanoshi Kusama Yasudaji temple border 1356-1

An orchard standing along Prefectural Route 29 in Kusama, Nakano City. From June to around November, visitors can enjoy picking cherries, peaches, grapes, and apples (when in season). The orchard also has a restaurant which can accommodate groups and which serves chestnut okowa rice, Shinshu beef sukiyaki meals, and other dishes. In the orchard's fast food area, meanwhile, you can eat curry and noodle dishes. The orchard's shop sells farm-fresh produce and an abundant variety of Shinshu souvenirs.

団体で利用し、2階で団体用のメニューで食事をしました。味は当たり障りのないものでしたが、野沢菜が絶妙な塩加減で、とても美味しかったです。

中心部からは離れた立地です。何度かうかがっていますが週末は混んでいます。果樹園ですがフルーツパフェもいただけて人気です。時間に余裕をもって行かれるといいと思います。

This fruit farm is located inside of Yamanashi City Ichigo Land in Minami, Yamanashi City. The farm offers strawberry picking and sells strawberries from December to mid-May. 今年初のいちご狩りに行きました！いちごのあまりの美味しさと大きさにビックリしました。今までいちご狩りは２月頃からっと思っていましたが、１月が一番成りで1番美味しいと農園の方が言っていました。まさにその通りです！１月いちご狩りに行って大正解でした！金額とともにいちごの大きさが比例して行くようですが…また、１月にお邪魔したいです！楽しいいちご狩りをありがとうございました！

オープン以来、毎年いちご狩りに行ってます。年々人気が出てきているので、予約はマストです。駐車スペースがしっかりとあり、誘導員もいるので、車でもとても行きやすいです。ビニールハウスが８つほどあり、日によって空いているところは違いますが、様々な種類のイチゴを楽しむことができます。イチゴも売られているので、お土産用に購入も可能です。

石垣ダムから徒歩１５分くらいで行けるはずだったのですが、入り口を見過ごしてしまって８７号線まで行ってしまい戻る羽目になり、結局40分くらいかかってしました。間違えようのない単純なルートなのですが情けない話でした。観光農園と書いてありましたが、自家農園を開放しているような感じで、素朴な雰囲気が良かったです。

This tourism farm is located 20 minutes from the Sakura Interchange of the Higashi Kanto Expressway in the direction of Shisui. Here, one can eat all the strawberries they want with no time limit. Incorporating EM (Effective microorganism) farming methods that use such organic bacteria strains as yeast and lactobacillus, such popular varieties of strawberries as the Akihime, with low acidity, and the Benihoppe, which has a balanced acidity and sweetness, are produced here. The strawberry picking season lasts from around the end of January to the end of May every year. Vegetables and fruits picked in the morning are shipped out of the direct sales store year-round, and they also sell seasonal soft-serve ice cream and a rare strawberry soap.

This farm in Sanmu City cultivates 15 varieties of strawberries, some of them rare. From late December to mid-May, they hold 40-minute all-you-can-eat strawberry pickings of six to eight varieties. A farmers market located a 15-minute drive from the Tsukiyono interchange on the Kan-Etsu Expressway. The market sells safe, healthy produce year-round and also holds food education farming experiences which teach participants the fun of making and the fun of flavor. Here you can purchase fresh vegetables harvested that very day and, depending on the season, go cherry and blueberry picking. The market also offers classes where you can make soba noodles by hand using 100% locally grown buckwheat flour. The market's restaurant serves soba noodle dishes with home grown vegetables and edible wild plants as well as udon noodles and donburi rice bowls.

This all-weather farm is 15-minutes from the Kurosaki Interchange. This is the oldest organic farm in Niigata growing fruits from all seasons with minimal use of pesticides. Along with being able to pick fruit year-round you can enjoy their original fruit pizza baked in their own lava-stone oven. You can also feed and play with their goats and rabbits as well as enjoy a BBQ under the grape vines in the vineyard.

This strawberry farm can be reached by heading north from the Shimo Ichigao bus stop, taking the second left, and heading straight. In most years, the farm is open from early January to mid-May, and offers strawberry picking during this time. Prices differ depending on the time of year and prospective visitors must make an advance reservation. The farm grows six to seven varieties of strawberries and is the only place in Yokohama where you can enjoy white Awayuki strawberries. The farm also sells strawberries, strawberry gelato, strawberry-shaped keychains and cellphone straps, and other souvenirs.

A tourist farm which grows blueberries. The farm grows 800 blueberry plants on land as well as 2,000 in pots without the use of agricultural chemicals. The farm offers time unlimited blueberry picking and customers can also gather their harvested blueberries in a provided bag to take home. Blueberry picking is offered from mid-June to mid-October.
