    A spacious, 3,000 hectare farm, one of the largest in Japan, located in the southern foot of Mt. Iwate. In addition to a horse riding facility and sheep field, the farm’s tourist area is dotted with attractions children and adults can enjoy. Many of the farm’s structures are historically important, and 21 of the farm’s buildings, including the office and storehouse, built between the Meiji and early Showa periods, were designated Important Cultural Properties in 2017. Visitors who take part in the guided Cultural Property Tour can view some of these Cultural Properties.

It of course has varieties such as Delaware and Kyoho grapes, and also large, white Jasmine grapes, Pione grapes, which are even larger than Kyoho with a very concentrated flesh, and Izunishiki grapes, first-class in both size and taste.

    A strawberry farm situated along Prefectural Route 150 commanding a view of Mt. Tsukuba to the west. The farm grows some 20 thousand strawberry plants spread among 60-meter long 42 rows inside a giant greenhouse. The farm's strawberries span six varieties, including Tochiotome, Benihoppe, and Ibara Kiss. Visitors can enjoy 60 minute all-you-can-eat strawberry picking from January to May. The strawberries are grown using raised platforms, ensuring visitors don't need to worry about getting dirty; the farm also accommodates wheelchair users. In addition, the farm has moist towelettes and children's aprons, making it easy for parents to enjoy strawberry picking even with small children. Lastly, visitors can purchase strawberries to take home at the adjoining Yurinosato local specialty products shop.

The farm also sells baumkuchens awarded the Monde Selection gold award, including strawberry and melon baumkuchens which harness the fresh, tasty fruits and knowhow of the farm.

Here visitors can enjoy picking apples, grapes, blueberries, and other fruit. The grounds enclose around 30 separate Eco Farmer-certified fruit farms, each of which allows tourists to go fruit picking. Visitors can pick apples from early September to early December, grapes from early September to early October, and blueberries from June to August. The individual farms also make their fruit available for sale and offer shipping.

    An apple orchard located in Daigo Town in the Okukuji region identifiable by its vivid scarlet sage flowers. The orchard grows over 20 varieties of apples and visitors can enjoy apple picking here from late September until the end of November. The orchard doesn't close during this period; the varieties which visitors can pick will differ depending on the time. The orchard offers all-you-can-eat apple samples as well as bags and boxes which visitors can stuff with apples to take home with them. The orchard also offers shipping within the local region. In addition, visitors can barbecue Hitachi beef while sipping wine and purchase homemade breads, apple pies, and jams made with the orchard's apples.

Sweet Japanese pears, grapes, Japanese chestnuts, and persimmons are grown organically on the farm's spacious 50 thousand square meter grounds, and visitors can enjoy the tastes of fall. The farm grows Kosui, Hosui, and Nitaka Japanese pears from around August 10 to September 30. The farm grows huge Kyoho grapes from August 20 to September 28. Chestnuts are grown from early September to mid-October, and persimmons from mid-October to late November. The farm offers all-you-can-eat Japanese pears, grapes, and persimmons. There's also a farm-fresh shop and visitors can enjoy fruit picking with their pets, as well.

The farm, which prioritizes visitors with reservations, is open from around December to around May each year.

    Have fun picking Tochiotome and Tochihime strawberries at this fruit farm. Along with picking fruit you can make Christmas cakes with your chosen strawberries or, make miso during the winter months. You can pick and eat all the strawberries you'd like in a 30-minute period but please be aware that if you'd like to pick the Tochihime strawberries advance reservation is required.

    急にいちご狩りに行きたい!っと思ってさがしたのがココ 予約制でないので行きやすいし 土曜日の12時に着きましたが大きなハウスが沢山あり案内されたハウスは私達家族だけで貸し切り状態で良かったです。
