    ちゃんぽんはしょっぱいので嫌いでしたがここのはスープまで飲み干しました。近所にあったらいいのに！定休日も仕込みに時間かけているそうです。店主お父さん15才から板前奉公されてるそうでちゃんぽん以外も食べたいです。

    大村では、ちゃんぽんの美味しいお店は沢山ありますが・・・ とんこつラーメンのお店は少ないです。 博多や久留米・熊本のとんこつスープを希望なら 山小屋が一番です。 はずれなし・・・。

    福岡以外で食べると、なかなかの割合ではずれを引く気がする長浜ラーメンですが、ここは美味しいと思います。紅生姜は卓で自分好みにトッピングするスタイルです。面白いのが、おでんはセルフサービスで、食べた個数の申告制。あと、焼き鳥があります。居酒屋的つかいかたができるラーメン屋さんです。

    久しぶりにしいたけ肉そば食べようと平日の昼間に行ってみたのですが、訳もなく 「だめです。」順番待ちかなと思い、食べ終わったお客さんが出てきたので入ろうとすると、ダメですと断られて説明もしてくれませんでした。 スーツ姿の人は後から来ても通されてたので、予約かとも思いましたが教えてもらえませんてした。残念です、、、何かあったのでしょうか...
