    通りがかりでランチにて利用しました。 ラーメンの種類が多いですが、トンコツ以外にも味噌や醤油などありましたので、少しこだわりが無いですね。 今回は黒と黒酢タルタルチキンを食べましたが、美味しかったです。

    長崎ちゃんぽんのように魚介が入っていないのが特徴です。野菜麺両方とも大盛りにするとなかなかの食べごたえです。カウンターあり、テーブル、座敷席ありなので、お一人様からファミリーまで幅広く利用しやすいお店です。

    佐世保に行った際に以前から気になっていたので入りました。 お店の入り口も広いですが、店内も広く、昔ながらの食堂といった 雰囲気でした。 ラーメンは見た目は脂っこそうですが、食べてみると意外とさっぱり とした豚骨ベースのスープで、麺は細めの柔らかめの麺でした。 あ店はアットホームな感じで、地元の方のお客さんが多い感じがしました。

    佐世保駅東口側線路下の飲食街にあるちゃんぽん屋さん、対面にもちゃんぽん屋さんがあり、先ずは大善に入店、明日は対面店を予定。 14時頃でも満員、スーツ姿の方が多い様子。 ちゃんぽん並を注文。ボリューム感ある炒めたキャベツ等の野菜．すり身．かまぼこ．いか． えび ．椎茸が盛られ、太く柔らかい麺、濃いクリーミーな海鮮出汁が絡み旨い、スープも飲み干し完食。
