Customers love the shop’s finer-than-usual sara udon noodles, and their crispness goes perfectly with heaping portions of various toppings. A simple and unique broth made with just chicken bones is what makes the shop’s equally popular chanpon so delicious. The plump noodles soaked in broth and crisp sautéed vegetables provide delightful textures. The shop also sells various products which can be brought home as souvenirs.

    味さ絶品というわけでもなく普通です。それよりも、店員の接客態度が最悪です。まず卓上にあるベルを押しても一度ではきません。訪れてみると意外とストレスです。あと店員の髪がきちっとまとめられてないのと、爪なども伸びきっています。はっきりいって飲食店にふさわしくないです。不潔です。諫早市はあまり遅くまで空いている店がなく、行く場所がないからとりあえずひかり亭となりがちです。店側もそれをわかっているので改善...

    通りがかりでランチにて利用しました。 ラーメンの種類が多いですが、トンコツ以外にも味噌や醤油などありましたので、少しこだわりが無いですね。 今回は黒と黒酢タルタルチキンを食べましたが、美味しかったです。

    一麺亭が長与にできました。店も駐車場も広めで新しく、入りやすいと思いました。みそラーメン(太縮れ麺)、美味しかったです。お弁当もメニューに載ってました。

    We enjoyed our ramen here. Very close to the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum - downhill walk. Friendly service. They have half-portions too which is great if you wish to order a variety of dishes.
