In addition, you can enjoy various tastes of Matsue, such as the specialty unagi-mabushi eel over rice served with condiments and dashi broth poured on top., a traditional Japanese cuisine course using seasonal ingredients, Izumo soba noodles, and sushi. Because they also other children's sets, the restaurant can be enjoyed by everyone from couples to families."

    宍道湖畔にある有名店です。平日のランチタイムに訪問しましたが、ほぼ満席でした。四国の鯛めしとはちょっと違う感じの鯛めしはお出しをかけて食べると格別です。鯛めし単品でもありますが、天ぷらなどもついている御膳がおすすめです。窓からは宍道湖がよく見えます。店員の数も多く、サービスも優秀です。

    フェリーの時間が迫る中サクッと食べられるものを探してました。ご当地グルメのサザエ丼とサザエカレーの2種盛りはサクっと出るとのことでいただきましたが、予想を超えて美味しい！サザエは柔らかで歯応えも楽しめメカブもいい感じです。カレーはまあ普通ですが、サザエの量がかなり多く楽しめました。

    This shop offers fresh vegetables purchased from contract farmers and the best fish gathered from around the whole country, providing the best taste possible. There are semi-private rooms with table and floor seats as well as two family rooms catering for up to 15 guests equipped with a television and toys. The rooms are popular for parents with children.

    いかにもチェーン店の大味な店構え。店内では配膳ロボットが活躍していた。 久石譲氏の「Summer」のメロディを流しながら、しっかり配膳。かなりかわいい印象。ホール担当の女性も好印象。チェーン店ということで、全く期待していなかったので、いい意味で裏切られた。次回もまた是非利用したい。

    "This day-trip hot spring facility is a natural carbonate spring that is rare in Japan. It is said that it warms bodies from the core and is said to treat such ailments as nerve pain, joint pain, digestive diseases and skin diseases. In addition to the standard baths, you can enjoy a medicinal bath, tsuboyu ""jar"" baths constantly replenished ""kakenagashi"" style, and sauna. You can also eat meals at the adjoining restaurant without using the hot spring facilities. There are side dishes such as rice balls, noodles, minced meat cutlets and fried chicken, as well as rice bowls using local ingredients, daily set meals and a set with items chosen by the chef. You can enjoy it leisurely after bathing."

    すれ違いができないような細い道を通ってたどり着く温泉施設です。 とても雰囲気があってゆっくりできます。小さめな施設ですが、浴槽の種類も多くありました。 これからも近くにきた際には立ち寄りたいです。

    Kyoragi is a Japanese restaurant serving fresh seafood from Lake Shinji, the Nakaumi Sea and the Sea of Japan, located in Kuroda Town, Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture. In addition to offering a wide variety of fish dishes that make full use of the delicious ingredients, such as fresh sashimi, grilled fish, nimono (simmered dishes), and tempura all made with fish caught that day, their oven cooked seasonal rice is also popular. High end set meals with local seasonal delicacies only available in the evening, as well as their hanakago lunch set, sushi, sea bream taichazuke, and seafood sushi rolls are all popular. The Japanese style restaurant has a sedate atmosphere where guests can enjoy a relaxed meal while looking out over the garden.

    普通にめっちゃ美味しい。駐車場も広いし、店内も清潔で店員さんも感じがいい！何故5じゃない？と言うと2時半でランチ終了だったからです。もう少しゆっくりしたかった。

This restaurant is housed within a home-like building lending the place a relaxed atmosphere and inside there is plenty of seating in semi-private rooms so guests can relax and enjoy the food. Sakuragawa has a wide range of set meals on offer including the Shimane sashimi set meal with seasonal sashimi lavishly presented on a boat-platter, the San’in nodoguro-meshi with grilled rockfish on a bed of rice, and the takitate-kamameshi set meal with five different kinds of kamameshi (rice, meat, and vegetables boiled together in a small pot) to choose from.     A restaurant in Tsuwano, also known as San'in's Little Kyoto. Facing the Tsuwano River, the shop has an old-fashioned feel and offers light fare such as inari sushi and noodle dishes like udon and soba. Their unusually dark inari sushi is popular. Simmered slowly with a traditional sauce that's been handed down from generation to generation, the savoriness of the condensed soy sauce shines through. Because the vinegared rice also has a strong flavor, it goes great with the lighter soup stocks of the udon and soba noodles. The bite-sized inari sushi is available for takeout and makes a great gift after visiting Inari Shrine.

You can enjoy Shimane wagyu beef and fresh seafood from the Sea of Japan in this cute restaurant reminiscent of a Western restaurant. It uses A4 rank marbled Shimane wagyu beef. You can enjoy the exquisite balance of fat and lean meat from the solid meat quality. It is highly rated for being able to spend time with your children safely because it has completely private rooms (reservations required for six or more people). It also has blowfish dishes, hotpots, sushi and authentic Kaiseki banquet courses, and can be used for a wide variety of purposes.

    彼女と一緒に島根県玉造の温泉に浸かった後、パッと目に入った雰囲気のいいお店があり、このお店で食事をすることにしました。温泉でほっこりした後に食べた島根和牛はワインと相性がバッチリでとても美味しかったです。また店主の人柄も良く楽しい時間が過ごせました。また島根に来た際は食べに行こうと思います！

    This restaurant is at the entrance to Iwami Ginzan Silver Mine. In 1972, town volunteers gathered money to remodel the Edo period silver mine managerial and administrative Kumagai family sake brewery into a restaurant. There is terrace seating facing the silver mine side, offering a relaxing time amidst the sound of the river below. They offer house-made, firm textured soba, rice bowls, and set meals in their full menu. Since there is an elevator installed, anyone can go up and enjoy the spacious second floor, as well. The view is beautiful through all four seasons, with the cherry blossoms in spring and the gingko leaves in fall being highlights.
