A restaurant in Tsuwano, also known as San'in's Little Kyoto. Facing the Tsuwano River, the shop has an old-fashioned feel and offers light fare such as inari sushi and noodle dishes like udon and soba. Their unusually dark inari sushi is popular. Simmered slowly with a traditional sauce that's been handed down from generation to generation, the savoriness of the condensed soy sauce shines through. Because the vinegared rice also has a strong flavor, it goes great with the lighter soup stocks of the udon and soba noodles. The bite-sized inari sushi is available for takeout and makes a great gift after visiting Inari Shrine.

実食以前に店主の人間性に問題

14時前に稲成神社の参拝を終え行列に並んでいたところ、店主がおもむろに出てきて「暖簾片付いてるの見えないのか？もう閉店だから出ていけ」と言い放ちましたそれを周知していなかった自分の非を認めることもなく、勝手に並ぶ客が悪いという始末。後でレンタサイクルの店で聞いたところ「あの店の店主はちょっとおかしい」とのこと。それなりに色々なサイトで評価されているようですが、あの店主の態度...
黒いなり

今回はコロナのことがあり、お昼時は混んでいる様子でしたので、持ち帰りで黒いなり２折作ってもらいました。お店の道路をはさんだ向かいに、神社の境内でしょうか、日陰や座れる場所があったので、そこでいただきました。ぺろりと食べて満足でした。

太鼓台稲成神社の参道にあった。うどん定食といなり寿司を頂く。いなり寿司は油揚げを三角にしてご飯を包む風がユニーク。味付けはかなり濃かった。
