    This sushi restaurant and ryokan inn is located in the heart of downtown Tottori City. The restaurant has been making its sushi rice using a traditional hagama pot since it was first established in 1934. The restaurant's traditional sushi rice is fluffy and modestly sour, and customers rave that it further enhances the flavor of the establishment's fresh seafood from the Sea of Japan. During lunch, the restaurant's popular and colorful chirashi sushi is reasonably priced and comes with soup. Only available to 20 customers a day, on weekends and when events are being held nearby, it sells out fast. In winter, the establishment offers a popular lodging plan which includes nabe hotpot made with champagne crab, a wintertime tradition in Tottori.

    新鮮なネタで、とても美味しいお鮨が食べられます。 イワシのつみれ汁や、アラ煮なんかもおすすめです。 仕方ないとは思っていますが禁煙ではないので、そこだけ個人的に星マイナス１、です。

    A real pleasure to eat wonderful sushis in this family restaurant. More than excellent sushis, the owners are so kind and welcoming. Hardly recommended.

    鳥取は日曜日にやっているお寿司屋さんが少なくてなかなか見つからなくてやっと見つけたお寿司屋さんです。 とても美味しかったです！ 大将がそしてとても良い方なのでぜひ行ってみて欲しいです。 地酒や地元のお魚などが置いてあるようですが今回伺った時はシケであまり鳥取のお魚は食べられなかったのでまた鳥取に行くときは伺いたいと思います。 あとクレジットカードで払えるのも嬉しかったです。

    カウンターのみのお店で7席ほどしかありません。本格的なすし職人さんが握るお寿司はとても美味しくて絶品です。ネタも新鮮でシャリも美味しく久しぶりに本当のお寿司を食べました。

    鳥取港線という道路を走っていくと、右に鳥取港を見てみなと公園に差し掛かる手前の左側にあります。 特上の握りでも１５００円、安心な価格で美味しかったです。

    角盤町の中では、アッパータイプのお店です。 会社の同僚と訪問しました。 海鮮はいつも通り新鮮で、お酒が進みました。 2階は座敷席もあるので、会合などで利用されている方も多いようです。

    食べログを見て皆生温泉では美味しくて有名なお店であることを知りました。GW中に来店だったので予約必須でした。上握り、鯨の竜田揚げ、富山の白エビの揚げ物、地酒の千代むすび、赤出し、本当にすべて美味しくて大満足でした。温かい接客も心に残りました。また行きたいです。

    同僚から美味しいお店と聞いて気になっていました。 お得意様との会食で訪問しましたが、 初めてだったのでコースを注文してみました。 店内は、カウンター席と奥の座敷席に分かれています。 コースは、酢の物、お造り、マグロの肝、マグロの煮付け、握りという内容。 非常に充実した内容でとても美味しいお店です。

    すし弁慶さんは地元でも人気のお寿司屋さんです。ネタが新鮮でシャリも本格板さんが指導しているので上手に握っておられるのか程よい握りぐわいで美味しかったです。
