    Hyogo Toyooka-shi Kinosakicho Yushima 357-1
    The Kinosaki Literary Museum, located in the center of Kinosaki Onsen, a hot spring resort known for its history, literature, and hot springs, introduces through books and letters how the novelist Naoya Shiga and other writers of the Shirakaba school, who visited the area more than 10 times, were involved with Kinosaki. The store and salon on the first floor sells books and original goods related to the writers.

    温泉巡りの途中で立ち寄った。志賀直哉をはじめ城崎にゆかりの文化人、そして温泉に関する展示が充実している。ちょっと一休みするのにいい。

    The museum is a 5-minute drive from the Wadayama IC of the Bantan Interchange Road, and is a facility that conducts excavation surveys of about 1,600 archaeological sites in the city and organizes and exhibits artifacts excavated in the area. The museum also offers a hands-on learning program that allows visitors to experience Tajima's history and culture, including a class on making clay dummies and a puzzle of ancient burial mounds.

    道の駅但馬まほろばと同じ敷地内にあります。レストランや売店の建物とは別で少し奥まったところにあるので、気が付かない人もいると思います。入場無料ですので、時間があれば立ち寄ってみてはいかがでしょうか？「日本遺産 壱岐島」の特別展も行われていましたが、こちらも無料でした。

It has displays on the natural environment and wildlife of the region, as well as on stork ecology and efforts towards the species' recovery in the wild. A biotope and breeding area are open to the public where you can observe storks they are rearing and other wetland creatures."

    生野銀山近くにある、銀山職員の住宅。明治、大正、昭和の時代毎の住宅があり、興味深く見学させていただきました。ひとつの住宅が志村喬記念館として公開されています。映画ファンにはおすすめです。

    鉱山町の生野の町にある、浅田家と吉川家の旧邸。旧浅田邸にはスクラッチタイル外壁の洋館もあります。生野の発展に尽力された方の邸で、建物も展示も興味深く見学させていただきました。

    1894 年竣工の旧美方郡役所を移転活用した歴史民俗資料館。建物は擬洋風の木造建築で、美しい建物。入館は有料で、2階が展示スペースになっています。古代の刀などがあり、興味深く見学させていただきました。
