A variety of entertainment facilities stand side by side in Kobe Harborland, including stores, restaurants, amusement attractions, and hotels. A stroll through the area gazing out over the sea in daytime is pleasant, but the illuminated nightscape is also fun to enjoy. On weekends, a flea market and numerous other events are held here as well.

This is 3 stops away from Sannomiya Station. If you have a Kansai Pass, going to Harbor land is included in your ticket. It’s my second time in Kobe but first time to explore this part of Japan. It’s...

A large shopping promenade located a two-minute walk from Sannomiya Station on various lines. The street extends from the Flower Road to the Koikawasuji, slicing through the busy quarter in the Sannomiya area virtually perfectly east to west. Spacious and stylish, the open and area shopping arcade is filled with unique and distinctive shops of all kinds. The staff at the Sannomiya HATENA information center will be happy to help you with any questions or shopping difficulties you may have. With facilities such as benches useable when waiting to meet up with a friend or take a break while shopping, and the popular large BOS video screens used to broadcast events, just walking through the street is fun.

"A shopping center with a concept of ""offering an elegant way to spend time."" It's at the intersection of Tor Road (connecting the sea and the mountain) and Center Street (dividing Kobe north and south). The center has a host of shops that enrich daily life, offering everything from food, clothing and items for your home to beauty products. It was renovated and reopened in 2017. Both the main building and annex are designed so you can shop as though you're enjoying a stroll through town. The main building houses lifestyle-themed stores ranging from fashion to cosmetics and interior design, while the annex is lined with street-level stores that mainly feature fashion. The two wings have four buildings in total."

Hyogo Areas

around-area-map

Hyogo prefecture stretches from the north coast to the south coast on the western end of the popular Kansai region, encompassing verdant mountains, urban beaches, and fantastic historical sights. The prefecture’s main attractions lie along the south coast at Kobe, the prefectural capital, a pretty harbor city best known for its production of the renowned Kobe beef, and Himeji, the home of Himeji Castle, one of the country’s most beautifully preserved feudal castles, perched magically atop a hill.
