    "S-Pulse Dream Plaza is a shopping center located around one minute's walk from the Shizutetsu Justline Bus Hatoba Verkehr Hakubutsukan bus stop. Based around the concept of ""Let's create excitement,"" S-Pulse Dream Plaza was created as part of a waterfront area redevelopment project, through collaboration between local business enterprises and the local government. Each of the four floors has its own particular theme, and on weekends the Plaza attracts large numbers of visitors, both locals and tourists from further afield.
