Its Uzushio Science Museum with its hydraulic models and giant spherical screen gives a visual education about the natural processes that generate whirlpools. Their Zekkei Restaurant Uzu no Oka offers dishes made with Awaji Island seafood, the Shop Uzu no Oka Aji Ichiba sells Awaji specialty items and souvenirs, and the Awajishima Onion Kitchen serves their Awajishima Onion Beef Burger.

    淡路島名物のタマネギの巨大モニュメントがあります。「おっ玉葱」と言うそうです。 お土産物もタマネギ原料の食品がたくさん並んでいますが、さすがにタマネギではインパクトは薄いと思いました。

The lower floors from the first-floor basement to the ninth floor is a commercial zone, and a great number of shops such as fashion, cosmetics, lifestyle miscellaneous goods, gourmet, supermarket and Tower Records have opened up here. The ninth floor is an 8-screen cinema complex “OS Cinema’s Mint Kobe”. It is always crowded with shoppers being one of Sannomiya’s most popular destinations.

    This is a retro facility open in the former Kitano Elementary School building in Chuo Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, as a spot for enjoying various experiences. In the complex there are over twenty shops and workshops under the theme of “One of a kind in Kobe.” In addition to being able to shop for Kobe brand items such as Kobe Beef and croquettes, Kobe sweets, Japanese sake (rice wine) etc, visitors can also enjoy over 60 varieties of handmade experience classes at any time, such as butaman (pork dumplings) and Japanese candles, aromatherapy candles, accessories, etc.

There's a shoe-free Kids' Space on the third floor, and the World Flea Market sells clothing and miscellaneous goods from around the world. Their popular Cafe Scuola serves fresh pasta and curry, and you can bring your pet along to dine on their terrace. The complex's Ristorante Scuola is the only Kansai establishment run by Mr. Masayuki Okuda. There you can dine on Italian cuisine made with Awaji Island ingredients.

    廃校をリメイクしたお洒落な建物に、売店とレストラン(1階はカジュアル、2階は高級店)があり、1階ならお手軽にランチがいただけるのですが、いつも満員で待ち時間が長くなるのが難点。

    加古川駅から徒歩圏内にあるショッピングモールでした。休日の昼時に訪問した為、どこかでランチを摂ろうと考えていたのですが思った程レストランの数が多く無く拍子抜けしてしまいました。別棟となっているSTARBUCKSでコーヒーだけ飲んで退散しました。因みに「本館」部分のセンタープラザではイベント開催準備が進められており「第7回 棋士のまち加古川 将棋フェスタ」と記されていました。

    A large commercial complex located close to Island Center Station. There is a cafe, hair salon, and a variety of shops offering fashionable men's and women's apparel on floors one through three. The complex is notable for its large number of interior furnishings shops and here visitors will find a large selection of quality merchandise from Japanese and international companies. Floors four through eight and floor 10 are used for offices and there are office spaces available for rent ranging from offices suitable for a single individual to quite large office spaces. In addition, there's an event floor which can be used for exhibitions and seminars.

    1階から10階まで高さ40mのドーム状の吹抜けが包むアトリームプラザの大空間に圧倒されました。七夕の日にダンスカーニバルが実施されましたが、華やかなダンスの世界にふさわしいものでした。

    新神戸駅直結の施設です。上層階はクラウンプラザホテル神戸です。数える程度の飲食店とコンビニ、劇場が入っている程度で空きテナントばかりが目立ちました。駅に直結とは言え繁華街とは離れていることから相当経営的には厳しいのだろうということがひしひしと伝わる施設でした。特に夜は寂しいです。

Tenants include a spaghetti restaurant, cafe, designer stationary shop, and interior decorations boutique. There's also an event space where small concerts are held and a photo studio offering unique, Kobe Harborland-themed backdrops and costumes.

There are no 4th avenue or 9th avenue. Its location makes it a convenient shopping spot for those commuting to work or school, and it contains about 120 shops total, including clothing stores, general good stores, and restaurants. There are many fashion outlets targeting both young age groups and those 50 and over, and there are even brands that originated in Kobe.

The complex' group of old-fashioned buildings were built as the Kanebo Sumoto Factory, which flourished as a center of industry in Sumoto City between 1909 and 1975. A facility introducing visitors to arts, crafts, and creative activities, the complex serves as a symbol of the city's new center. A monument dedicated to the Dragon Quest video game series on the grounds was erected in honor of Sumoto-born designer Yuji Horii and is a popular photo spot.
