    This select recycle shop is located in Higashiyama Ward, Kyoto. In addition to old clothes and accessories, they also carry products through a collaboration with Dento Kogei and sell various other items. The interior is a renovated machiya (town house) with a traditional Japanese atmosphere, and has an adjoining cafe space called Tea and Sake room Tasuki.

    Excellent salon de thé .Great shave ice dessert with lemon meringue. Tea service was great and mochi desserts as well. great location in the Gion district. enjoy:)

    御所から1本西に入ったところにあるお香専門店。 香初体験の友人と香炉の整え方と香の聞き方を体験するコースに参加。自宅でも出来るようにやさしく丁寧に教えてくれる。伽羅のほかに5種を聞く事もできて良かった。香りの微妙な違いに次は三種香や源氏香などの香当ても挑戦したいものだと思った。聞香で癒されたあとに、お菓子とお抹茶まで頂きほっこり。

The inside of the shop has a clean and fresh atmosphere with a variety of products on the shelves on the side of the wall. There is a variety of those high quality green tea as gyokuro and matcha and confectioneries such as sweetened rice-flour cakes and sweets called Wa-Finanshe that are suitable as souvenirs from Kyoto as well.

They have a wide variety from small ones that can fit in the palm of your hand to ones with LED lighting to large music boxes that work as interior design. You can even decorate a music box playing your favorite song with little glass accessories to make a one of a kind original music box.

    This venerable shop located in Teramachi in Kyoto City sells calligraphy supplies and incense and was founded in 1663. Originally opened as a pharmacy, the shop sold folk remedies; gradually, however, it came to sell incense and stationary. The shop sells Japanese and Western incenses in easy to use forms. The Japanese incense is made with natural ingredients according to a method unchanged since the days of the Heian dynasty. The Western incense is made primarily of perfumes and fragrances and is distinguished by its slightly florid scent. The shop sells some 10 thousand items, of which around four to five thousand are kept in ready stock at any one time.

This event's biggest feature is the venue, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery and historic, culturally valuable buildings. Since it takes place on Sundays, it's not unusual to see brides and grooms in the midst of Shrine Weddings.

The market began with only a few stalls but has expanded over the last five years and now exceeds 450 stalls. The stalls in the market are decided by lottery each month, so you may not be able to find the same stall as the month before. Many customers enjoy the market casually seeking a once in a lifetime encounter.
