- This is a long-established Japanese confectionery shop known for a famous Tateshina confection, Kuzobee-mochi (rice cake). The origin of the rice cake is that in 1839 the ancestor, Yazaki Soji, who established Tateshina Hot Springs, handed out the rice cakes to the guests who came to take a bath. The rice cake comes in the five flavors of wormwood, perilla, chestnut, walnut and cherry in spring. The rice cakes remain a perennial favorite as a souvenir with their moist and rustic taste and elegant packaging.

100年以上の歴史のパン屋さん。美ヶ原高原のランチのため、朝8:30に立ち寄り。3組ほど先客あり、繁盛しています。ショーケース内のパンを指差し購入なので衛生的。200円前後で30種くらいあります。美味しかった。

蓼科最後の晩に伺いました。犬も一緒にテラス席でのお食事でしたが、広々としたログハウスでとても居心地がよかったです。サーロインステーキのコースを頂きましたが、お肉がとてもやわらかくてジューシーでした。お食事の後もコーヒーとデザートが用意されて、時間を忘れてゆっくり過ごすことができました。また伺いたいです。

ディナーで伺いました。 上の東急リゾートタウンと同系列のお店です。 あちらは価格帯もぐっと上ですが、牛肉は和牛を一頭買いしているので、同じ牛肉の部位違いで出てくることがあるそうです。ステーキに限れば、豊平店は値段設定がリーズナブルでお得に頂くことができるそうです。 その事を知っていればステーキを注文したのに、ハンバーグと山賊焼のチョイスは失敗でした。 ステーキが食べたくなったらまた伺うかもしれませ...
