    副菜までが手作りの定食で、 メニューは、日替わり定食だけで、１ヶ月のメニュー表が表示されています。 ボクが行った日は、天ぷら定食でした。 衣が厚くなくて、美味しかったです。 １番美味しかったのが、副菜の煮豆。 ふくよかで、今まで食べた中でも、トップレベルの煮豆でした。 料金設定は、かなり安く、良心的です。 遅いと、売り切れもありそうな感じです。

    茅野駅東口裏通りにある小さな飲屋街の一角にある居酒屋。 馬刺し、馬のスジ、はちのこ、いのしし鍋、モツ煮など、伊那の郷土料理が食べられる。 店内はカウンターが10席ほど、小上がりのテーブル席が3卓。 日曜日の夕方に訪れましたが、17時30分頃に開店だそうです。 60代のご夫婦で切り盛りされています。 馬のスジは練炭を使って1日煮込んでいるそうで、 コラーゲンたっぷり、やわらかくておいしかったです。
