    温泉♨️があります。シャンプーや石鹸は使用不可ですが、浸かるだけで疲れが取れます。夕食はハヤシライスでとても美味しかったです。トイレは外なのでヘッドライトを忘れずに。日の出がいいポジションで見れます。

    Nagano Matsumoto-shi Satoyamabe 88-2 ?
The history of this quiet hot spring district dates all the way back to the beginning of the Nara period. The area's hot springs are even noted in the Nihon shoki, Japan's oldest historical record. The waters of the mildly alkaline simple hot springs found here are said to treat ailments such as nerve pain and hardening of the arteries, and the district has been designated a National Hot Spring by the Ministry of the Environment. There are many elegant and atmospheric traditional ryokan inns and hotels in the area, including those whose bathhouse facilities are open to non-guests as well. The Fureai Yamabekan, a day trip hot spring bathhouse, also offers soba noodle making classes for tourists (reservation required). The Fureai Yamabekan has spacious indoor baths as well as an adjoining outdoor bath area and is the perfect place for a casual hot spring dip. National Treasure-designated Matsumoto Castle, Matsumoto's most celebrated sightseeing destination; and the Kaichi School Museum, notable for its lovely Taisho Roman era architecture, are located 15 minutes away. An abundant array of other sightseeing attractions can also be found within a two hour drive radius.

    Nagano Matsumoto-shi Iriyamabe
The area of Iriyamabe is said to have long ago been a place where the gods engaged in therapeutic hot spring bathing. According to legend, Iriyamabe's famous Door Stone was once the door to the Amano-Iwato cave which the god Ame-no-Tajikarao removed and carried here only forget it after enjoying a relaxing bath in the hot waters. The waters of the alkaline simple spring are said to aid post-illness recovery and treat such ailments as gastrointestinal disorders, neurotic disorder, rheumatism, wounds, chronic constipation, and women's diseases. The Myojinkan inn, which owns and operates the spring, was established in 1931; in 1964, the surrounding area was designated Yatsugatake-Chushin Kogen Quasi-National Park. The area is also famous for the Dosojin Pilgrimage, which involves visiting many wayside shrines, and the inn is a popular base from which to go on the pilgrimage.

Nagano Areas

around-area-map

Nagano prefecture is an exciting mix of mountains, hot spring monkeys, and preserved Edo history. At the heart of the Japanese Alps, Nagano is one of the country’s most popular destinations, whether in winter for its snow sports and the much-loved Jigokudani Monkey Park or in the warmer months for discovering the undulating hills on foot. For fantastic Edo architecture, head to the Kiso Valley for a 60-kilometer stretch of quaint wooden buildings that marked the Nakasendo route 200 years ago.
