    This cafe restaurant is located in an area dotted with lodging facilities on the southeastern shore of Lake Yamanaka. It is notable for cuisine that capitalizes on the flavor of the ingredients without the use of artificial seasonings. Its most popular dish is the tongue stew, which is stewed for two weeks straight. Other offerings include their hamburger steak and cheese sausage, which has been made the same way since the restaurant was established, as well as their ham and sausage assortments. Guests can bring their pets with them to the restaurant's veranda. The restaurant also offers sausage-making classes and sells some of its sausages. Another of the restaurant's appeals is its wonderful seasonal scenery including expansive snowy landscapes in the winter.

    This is a handmade sausage and ham workshop located on the Kiyosato Plateau. The sausage and ham are made by skilled craftsmen using hand-picked domestically produced pork, and are full of flavor. There is a restaurant café directly managed on site where visitors can taste a special menu using the products made in the workshop.

    甲府に訪れた際には必ずこちらのお店でお肉を買って帰ります。馬刺しと豚肉を購入。馬刺しは青森県産で脂がのっていました。しゃぶしゃぶ用に購入した薄切りの豚肉は、とても柔らかくてふんわりと口の中で溶けるほど。久しぶりに美味しいお肉を頂きました。
