The butcher's shop on the first floor sells superior Hida beef, while the restaurant on the second floor serves Yakiniku (grilled beef) and steak, also made from high-quality Hida beef. Hida Beef Mabushi is another popular menu option here; this is a three-course meal that involves first eating the beef plain, then with a herbal sauce, and finally with a special stock.

    A meat atelier that has been handmaking fine roast ham in Kokufu-cho for over 30 years. While they focus on processed meats like sausage, bacon, and ham, they also make dairy products like cheese mousse, and yogurt. Their renowned roast ham is seasoned in a marinade for a month and then smoked for 30 to 40 hours. Only a minimum of additives is used in order to protect the inherent flavors of the meat, finishing the hams one-by-one with meticulous attention. The resulting flavor is so superb it's been featured on television many times.

You can not only enjoy the beef as yakiniku, but also as shabu-shabu and sukiyaki. You can also compare different cuts of meat such as diced steak, sirloin steak and boneless short rib with their large plate of select Hida beef yakiniku. In addition, the store allows you to experience Hida’s deluxe local cuisine of beef grilled on top of dried magnolia leaves topped with homemade miso.

    This meat shop is located along Prefectural Road 56, also called Yoro Yakiniku Highway, in Yoro Town which has many yakiniku barbecue restaurants and butcher shops since long ago. They sell high-quality meat that is safe and delicious at affordable prices such as Hida beef raised on their own fattening ranch at the foot of Mt. Ibuki, and pork from the base of Mt. Yoro. The ham and sausages made following traditional methods in the company’s ham factory are also recommended. There is a directly operated barbecue area in the adjacent Yoro Umaimon Hiroba (Dainty Food Square) where you can grill and eat meat that you buy at the shop (reservations recommended).

    普通のおうち的な入り口を入り、これも普通のおうち的な階段を上がると広いお座敷。注文はタブレットで。 海鮮丼、ハラス丼など丼セットメニュー豊富。越前そばやうなぎなどもありました。 ハラス丼のセットはお吸い物、海老フライとイカリングがつき、あのボリュームで1200円はお値打ちかと思います。
