    This is a bakery & pastry shop adjoining a bread factory and workshop, and a farm all together on an expansive area along National Route 21. At this shop, over 150 types of varieties of handmade breads are made here, in which only domestic ingredients are used. Not only can customers buy bread to take home, but one of the attractions is that one can enjoy the bread there at the eat-in space or at outdoor cafe tables. In addition to the everyday popular breads, many new breads and pastry creations by the pastry chef are for sale along with cheeses and wines. At the adjoining cafe, Bellwood, breads and pizzas are the main items offered.

    Um local muito aconchegante, bom pra curtir uma boa comida e um ambiente muito bom, com um cardápio variado , com área pra quem tem pet.

    This bakery is located a two-minute walk from Minosakamoto Station. It makes bread using homemade natural yeast in a small log cabin. The bread using Hoshino natural yeast is a popular item packed with the uniqueness of the store. It is recommended to eat it simply while enjoying the fragrant scent. The stone kiln that bakes bread as well as wheat, chestnuts, red beans and yeast was also built by the store. There are many products that you cannot find anywhere else such as panettone with yogurt yeast or bread with strawberry yeast.

    テレビで紹介され、気になったので行ってみました。中央線の美乃坂本駅の近くなので、電車でのアクセスもいいです。 パンはそれほど種類は多くないのですが、何しろ酵母はもちろんブドウなどのフルーツや野菜も自家製のものを使ってるそうで、こだわりが感じられ、美味しく頂きました。イートインはないのでお持ち帰りになります。

    The Train Bleu bakery, which attaches great importance to ensuring that ordinary bread is made as delicious as possible every day, is very popular with local residents. On weekends and public holidays, Train Bleu can get so crowded that it has to issue numbered tickets to customers. Besides basic, everyday breads, Train Bleu also sells first-class Viennoiserie (pastries); one especially popular product features seasonal fruit with cream on a delicate croissant base. The bakery closes when it is sold out for the day, so it’s best to get there early. Train Bleu is located around 20-minute drive from the Takayama Interchange of the Chubu Jukan Expressway.

    SO GOOD! We waited outside for 15 minutes to get in but worth the wait! So flaky and delicious. Everything is about 300 yen or more. Make sure to get the strawberry tart with fresh cream!

    This bakery a 10-minute walk from JR Takayama station is thoroughly dedicated to its dough making and aims for its bread to always taste freshly baked. Their Retro Baguette is their flagship item. Extended fermentation accentuates the wheat's rich flavor, and the baguettes are crispy on the outside, moist and chewy inside. They have daily bread specials too, and their hard bread prepared with natural yeast on Fridays and Saturdays comes recommended. They hold bread making classes, and sometimes operate a stand at events, too.

    This bakery is right near the large southern torii gate to Chiyobo Inari-jinja Shrine in Kaizu City. Its name means a loaf of bread in French, and as the name implies, each and every item is prepared with the utmost care. Their genuine baguettes are famous, made with authentic ingredients and methods. They offer different freshly baked items daily. Their crispy croissants with fresh cream inside, brioches made with fresh local eggs, and kouign-amann all come recommended.

    美味しいパン屋さんでした。種類はさほど多くないですが、どれも丁寧に作って理、美味しいパンです。お店の雰囲気も良かったです。

    This bagel shop is located in front of Kakamigahara City Hall. A blue sky that brings to mind the airplane used in the shop’s logo is drawn onto the ceiling of the white interior. Cherishing natural flavors, they offer safe and delicious bagels that use no oil, milk or eggs, and use Gifu-grown wheat and Shirakami Kodama yeast. A popular item in the shop is their assortment of 12 bagels, which they pack with mainly slightly sweet and easy-to-eat bagels. It is open from 11:00 to 18:00 or until their goods are sold out.

    全国発送もしているそうですが、知る人ぞ知る隠れた名店なので、目の前にある市役所の職員さんのランチタイムには争奪戦らしく^^;;、売り切れごめん的なところもあるので、開店同時を狙った方がいいかも?

    急いでいる土曜日の朝に訪問。こんな時、名鉄岐阜駅改札口からすぐの立地は助かります。今回は、小粋なハムサンドを購入。少しボリュームが足りない気がしましたが、あっさり系のサンドイッチで、朝食べるのにふさわしい品物だと感じました。ごちそうさまでした。

    岐阜県本巣市のショッピングモール モレラ岐阜２Fにあるチェーンのカフェ 買物や映画の合間に休憩する絶好のロケーションです。 お昼時、フードコートは結構混んでますが、こちらはそれ程混んでいませんでした。 マスタードチキンとアイスコーヒーLで820円、お味も値段もそこそこですね。
