    Ippe coppe located in Urasoe, Okinawa Prefecture is a specialty bread shop using natural yeast. It is a lovely shop standing quietly in the foreigners’ residential district. Bread made only from selected ingredients and using only Japanese wheat is baked in limited quantities so it is recommended to get in early. The shop also sells rusks, scones, and in-house roasted coffee which goes well with the bread. During summer, the café Niwatori opens in the garden of the shop. You can enjoy a shaved ice covered with homemade syrup.

    おしゃれなお店が並ぶ港川外国人住宅にあるパン屋さん。こちらのお店もアメリカ風の建物でおしゃれです。天然酵母をつかっているそうです。食パンやバゲットのほか、様々なパンがありました。スコーンをテイクアウトしました。食感と香りが良くてとても美味しかったです。

    Otonariya Artisan Bread is a bakery located along Prefectural Route 6 in Senaha, Yomitan Village, Nakagami County. It sells bread painstakingly baked with leavening made in-house and domestic wheat grown without agricultural chemicals. It also sells specialty bread made with vegetables grown without agricultural chemicals in the prefecture and bread suitable for people with allergies, an array of 70 kinds of bread in all.

    So charming and delicious! I am loving this bakery and their oven fresh treats that they put out as I am walking in! It is a staple and we will keep going again and again!

    紅芋タルトはあちらこちらでたくさん売っていますが、もともとロイヤルのスイートポテトが好きなので、お土産と自分用には沖縄限定の紅芋スイートポテトを購入しました。空港でしか入手できません。賞味期限も10日ぐらいで、保存は20度以下推奨。最初からこれを買って帰ろうと決めていて、到着後にお店の場所を確認し、帰るときにお店に直行しました。ロイヤル好きな人へのお土産に、とても喜ばれました。
