    This orthodox bar operates out of a renovated building originally used as a bank. Depending on the time of day, customers can enjoy two different atmospheres – during the day, the establishment is a jazz cafe; at night, it turns into a cocktail bar. A dignified and mature atmosphere hangs in the air, and on weekends customers can enjoy a beverage along with live music performed on the bar’s grand piano. A gallery adjoins the establishment on the same floor, and visitors can view the art on display whenever the bar is open. The original cocktails crafted by the bar’s master, a member of both the Nippon Bartenders Association and the International Bartenders Association, are exceptionally delicious.

    "A Japanese izakaya pub which serves meals made with Hokuriku ingredients in hearty portions for lunch and dinner located a two minute walk from Kagaonsen Station on the JR Hokuriku Main Line. Decorated like an old fashioned Japanese home, the restaurant has counter seating and semi-private irori-style tables. For lunch, the ""Kaga Kani Gohan,"" made with rare female snow crab from Hashitate Fishing Port in Kaga City served over rice, is particularly recommended. The ""Kaga Parfait,"" a dessert developed as part of the Kaga Omotenashi Kissa Menu project, is also popular and comes with Kaga bocha stem tea. In the evening, the restaurant offers an abundant variety of dishes made with seasonal fish and vegetables as well as a wide selection of suitable local liquors."

    加賀温泉駅から数分で行ける居酒屋風の食事処。加賀おもてなしキャンペーンの「加賀カニ御膳」の提供店の一つ。ぼくは他のところのを食べたことはないけれど、ここのは数回食べているので、さすがに居酒屋・食事処だけあって、お味はベリーグー。ただし1回食べた加賀パフェは微妙。これは数年前なので、今は良くなっているのかも知れない。お昼時は混むので、予約を推奨。

    A make-believe French restaurant in Japan. with a couple of good dishes. The air conditioning was aimed directly at our heads and made it uncomfortable and cooled dishes to boot.
