    味噌汁アサリ、キャベツ、ご飯食べ放題。テーブルにはその他。高菜、梅干し、柚子大根が準備されている。ロースカツも100gながらボリュームは充分ある。 コスト的にも味的にも、いいお店です。

    地下鉄都営新宿線西大島駅地上出口近くにあるファミリーレストランです。住宅地なので地元住民の方が普段使いで利用されています。金曜日の13時過ぎでもそこそこ混みあっていました。 日替わりランチにオニオングラタンスープを付けて税込1243円でした。ロイヤルホストのオニオングラタンスープはおすすめです。

    店内は街の定食屋さんの雰囲気で、テーブル席が並んでいる。塩さけ焼きとご飯を食べたが、さけ焼きはしっかり焼かれ、ご飯とともにまぁまぁ旨い。

    門前仲町駅から離れた路地裏にあります。ランチの日替わりパスタは3種類あり、どれも大盛りです。ミニサラダとコーヒーか紅茶がついて800円はお得です。10食限定の特製オムライスもあります。 ランチライムでも喫煙可です。柔らかめの麺が好きな方へお奨めです。

    砂町銀座商店街の中ほどから少し小道を入った２階にあるお店。小さい店舗で、カウンターにはお酒が並んでいるので、夜はバーとして営業している様子です。ランチセットは、メインとライス以外に、サラダとスープもついていて、サラダがとんでもないボリュームです！メインは、ローストビーフやコロッケ、お肉など数種類から選べます。料理担当のご主人と気さくな奥様で経営されいて、雰囲気が良くリピーターです。
