    This long-established stationary store was founded in 1904 and is known for carrying a wide range of goods from art supplies to office supplies, high grade writing materials and original merchandise. The new G. Itoya main store which was reconstructed in June of 2015 is easily identified by the large red paperclip on its sign outside. K. Itoya, which has a large fountain pen on its exterior sign, is a space to enjoy shopping that was designed under the concept of being a retreat for adults.

    Amazing amazing store that I can spend all day inside. A must for anyone interested in all stationery items. They have the nicest pens and pencils!

    A shop dedicated to gachapon (vending machine capsule toys) located a five-minute walk from Akihabara Station’s Electric Town Exit in Akihabara, the mecca of otaku (nerd) culture. The shop carries gachapon covering a variety of genres, including anime and video game characters, food-themed toys, and humorous gachapon. The shop is filled with some 400 gachapon dispensers, and new stock is brought in each month. Occasionally, gachapon capsules will have an “atari” sticker on them which can be traded in to receive a free turn on a gachapon dispenser.

    A small shop filled with only gachapon from floor to ceiling. Hard to choose which one you want to try. Worth a little visit if you are in the area.

The Shiodome shop is located on floors B1 and B2 in Nittele Tower in Shiodome; an additional store is located in the Tokyo Character Street area of JR Tokyo Station. Nittereya sells merchandise found nowhere else as well as seasonal products, and many shoppers come here in search of souvenirs and gifts. In addition to merchandise, the shops also have displays and exhibits relating to Nippon Television programs, making Nittereya worth visiting even if you are not interested in shopping.
