    A shabushabu and sukiyaki restaurant established in 1947 located in Ginza, Chuo City a 10 minute walk from JR Yurakucho Station. The restaurant's sukiyaki and shabushabu, made with only the highest quality A-5 grade Japanese black beef, is still served the same way as when the restaurant first opened. Other popular menu choices include the crab sukiyaki, made with select fresh crab; and a reasonably priced, simplified lunch menu for those looking to enjoy some delicious beef cuisine without all the fanfare. The restaurant also has a children's plate for kids.

    A restaurant located in Ginza operated by the Japan Agricultural Cooperatives Kagoshima Prefecture Economic Partnership. Here you can enjoy shabu-shabu hotpot, seiro-mushi basket steamed dishes, steaks, and more made with flavorful Kagoshima black pork as well as Kagoshima black beef, a Japanese wagyu beef variety deemed the best in Japan at the 11th All Japan Wagyu Beef Competition. Kagoshima Karen also uses other top quality ingredients with the aim of providing patrons with a fine meal, including seasonal vegetables and Kagoshima's third black meat variety, black Satsuma chicken. Enjoy your meal with a cup of Moriizou, Mao, Murao, or other premium shochu in Karen's subdued and elegant atmosphere.

    銀座8丁目のビルの9階にありました。「鹿児島黒豚しゃぶしゃぶ」をいただきました。スタッフさんに教わりながら、昆布出汁の中で数回豚肉を泳がせれば、もう食べ頃。歯切れがよく、柔らかな肉質と、脂はさっぱりとしていながら、しっかりとした旨みがあります。柑橘の香りが爽やかなポン酢と、濃厚な胡麻ダレの2種類のたれがあって、どちらも黒豚の味わいを引き立てていました。

    ラム肉はクセがあるイメージだったけど、とても美味しく食べられた。食べ飲み放題でコスパも良く、頼まなくても肉を持ってきてくれるので、サービスの面でも満足できた。しめのラーメンも出汁が染みておいしい。また行きたいお店です。

    チェーン店で新しいので店内も綺麗。基本的にしゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題ですがお寿司や串焼きもあります。豚しゃぶコースと牛しゃぶコースが有りますが、牛しゃぶコースが割と美味しいという家族の意見。私はお寿司を食べましたが、日本ですがパリのお寿司のようで美味しくなかったです。

    初めて行ったとき接客、料理の味に満足していました。2度目の来店時、スタッフの態度にやる気を感じない。会計時にKITTE丸の内の金券を見せるなり、「GO TOとの併用はできませんよ」とそっけない応対。後で、KITTE丸の内インフォメーションセンターに問い合わせたら、併用できるとのこと。自信たっぷりに間違ったことを言うスタッフ。料理の味は良くてもまともな会計、対応ができない店に行く理由はないですね。
