    This Japanese cuisine restaurant close by the Kyoto sightseeing spot of Yasaka Shrine mainly serves shabu-shabu, sukiyaki and other nabe (hot pot) dishes. They are choosy about the quality of their meat, and offer a set where guests can simultaneously enjoy shabu-shabu and sukiyaki. There are plenty of all-you-can-eat options from reasonably priced menu offerings to those which allow you to eat Japanese Black beef to your heart’s content, while the course offerings where guests can try food including Kyoto’s obanzai cuisine and fried foods are popular. Despite the fact that the interior has been designed with a Japanese ambience, the ceilings are high to provide a sense of spaciousness. They also have private rooms with horigotatsu (recessed, heated floor seats) and counter seats available. The closest station is Gion-Shijo Station.

    A bit difficult to find as they located inside the building, they do variety of beef selection with combination of Suki-Shabu. I think its worth the price you pay, but nothing special.

    This veteran restaurant on the Iga Highway in Ueno-nonin-machi, Iga City, Mie Prefecture specializes in meat dishes. They offer the finest grade of carefully inspected Iga beef from a superlative pedigree of Iga cattle. They use only the best sukiyaki meat for their local favorite Kotobuki-yaki, thin slices of beef cooked with vegetables at the table in a cast-iron pan. They don't use any seasoning to let the savory goodness of their superb ingredients shine through. Another amazing dish is the local favorite Butter Yaki, tender loin topped with butter and grated daikon radish and served with condiments.

    前日に松阪の和田金さんで松阪牛を食べ、翌日、伊賀上野の金谷本店さんで伊賀牛を食べて、贅沢な食べ比べをしました(全国旅行支援のクーポンのおかげ!)。我が家的には伊賀牛に軍配を上げます。伊賀牛は生産量が少ないのでほとんどが地元で消費されるそうです。それゆえ全国的に有名というわけではないですが、我が家のランキングでは堂々1位です。 明治時代からの老舗金谷本店の昔ながらの雰囲気も接客も最高です!

They offer truly delicious Matsusaka beef chosen not according to grade, but with a skilled eye cultivated over the 50 plus years since their founding. Their hallmark item is their top-class Matsusaka Ribeye Only Beef Steak carved from the center of the sirloin, the highest quality cut. Frequently associated with Matsusaka beef, their sukiyaki (thin beef slices cooked with vegetables) and shabu-shabu (thin sliced beef quickly boiled with vegetables and dipped in sauce) are also popular. They also have children's menus, as well as dishes that are only available there.

    A long standing nabe hotpot cuisine restaurant which uses Kobe beef. The establishment primarily serves steaks, sukiyaki, and shabushabu made with rich, marbled Kobe beef. The restaurant also offers a fully array of seasonal a la carte dishes. With a spacious dining area, the establishment can accommodate all manner of banquets and parties. The lunchtime only sukiyaki, steak, and gyudon beef bowl set meals are a great way to enjoy Kobe beef at a reasonable price. The restaurant also sells hearty Kobe beef ground meat cutlet sandwiches for takeout.

The establishment is located a five-minute walk from Tenmonkandori Station on the Kagoshima City Tram. The restaurant offers all-you-can-eat vegetables, Berkshire pork, and Japanese black beef, as well as a variety of tasty dipping sauces. Particularly recommended is the “Hiden no Kurobuta Soup-nabe,” a Berkshire pork shabu-shabu hotpot dish exclusive to the Kagoshima location which comes with shredded Welsh onions and a secret recipe broth.
