- A history-leaden confectionary shop established in 1891. The shop is famous for its Konbu Yokan kelp jelly, the establishment's signature product since it first opened its doors. This exquisite confection has won the honorary president's award, the highest honor, in a national confection and tourism exposition. Any number of the shop's other products are also recommended, including the firm Neri Yokan and blackcurrant Cassis Yokan jellies, as well as the confections made with Tsugaru apples.

The shop's confections make maximum use of the positive qualities of the prefecture's safe, delicious ingredients. The shop's Usubeni apple glace, made by stewing round slices of Aomori-grown Jonathan apples in sugar before drying them, is particularly famous.

日替わりランチ800円をいただきました！ 食後の飲み物やライス、サラダ、スープもついています。女性1人でも入りやすくてありがたい✨ 品数が多いので、ゆっくりご飯がたべれてなんだか健康的でした〜 真ん中のみがきにしんが一番ハマりました！

お店は小路を入った所にあるので、事前に地図で確認しておくことをお奨めします。このお店のふぐ料理は定評がありますが、今回はスッポンをいただきました。血、肝の刺身、鍋とフルコースでした。独特の旨みがありました。珍しいものをいただくことが出来ました。

団体で利用しました。うに、アワビがおいしく、いちご煮も食べたことのないおいしさでした。津軽三味線と五所川原の手踊りをみて最高でした。また行きたいです
