    The SKY MUSEUM is situated on the Third Floor of the Domestic Terminal Building at New Chitose Airport. There is a Work Experience Corner where visitors can try on a pilot’s or flight attendant’s uniform, flight simulators, etc., and also a Kids’ Corner for children. The SKY MUSEUM also has an observation deck where visitors can get a close-up view of planes landing and taking off, which is well worth a look. A wide range of unique airport-themed goods and local specialties are available for sale. The SKY MUSEUM is a place that both adults and children will enjoy!

    small n mainly for plane enthusiasts.. good number of plane models displayed. next to the food court area.good for kids to entertain themselves there while waiting for food.

    Hokkaido Chitoseshi Bibi New Chitose Airport Domestic Passenger Terminal Building 3F
    A museum located on the third floor of the New Chitose Airport domestic terminal building between the food court and Super Lounge. The history zone which looks at the history of New Chitose Airport using photographs and informational panels, while the gallery zone displays historical uniforms and items from events held at the airport. A third area, the symbol zone, contains numerous models of historic JAL and ANA airplanes. Visitors can easily view the entire museum in about 15 minutes.

    Hokkaido Chitose-shi Osatsu 42-1

    北海道というより、アイヌ民族が住む蝦夷の土地での発掘品がたまたま廃校を利用して展示してくれている。本州の日本人の文化との違いを期待しながら見学すると面白く見学出来ました。縄文時代まで遡れば違いはありませんが、そこから違う民族に派生した歴史に興味を持てました。

    バーベキューで使いました。自火で火を使えないので、注意して下さい。トイレは近くにあります。結構きれいですよ。
