    An agricultural produce direct sales shop and tourist farm in Hirokawa Town, Yame County. They sell locally sourced fresh vegetables and fruits as well as processed goods including fruit treats. In the farm they grow strawberries, Nashi pears, grapes, and more allowing you to enjoy seasonal fruit picking and the farm is also the site of various events including concerts.

    二年ぶりに行ったら、ビニールハウスも増えていて、お客様も多く、色んな品種のいちごがありました。 感動でした。

Here visitors can enjoy strawberry picking from December to May, cherry fruit and grapes in June, and pears from August. No reservations necessary; admittance is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The orchard also has a golf putting course and rents all the equipment necessary, ensuring people of all ages can easily enjoy a round of putting golf. The thatched roof rest building is open to being used as a barbecue ground, and visitors can have a relaxing time barbecuing, making this a destination where everyone from children to adults can enjoy an entire, fun-filled day.

    梨、ぶどう狩セットで訪問しました。梨は愛甘水系、ぶどうはオーロラブラックという品種でした。農園のおじさんがレトロな軽自動車で畑まで送迎してくれます。急かす事もなく「ゆっくり好きなのを選んで下さい」と、親切に対応してくれました。食べ放題ではないので、滞在時間は20-30分程度になってしまうと思います。

    夏いちごというのがあると聞き、松本から白馬に抜ける際に、こちらに立ち寄り。確かにありました。いちごが!しかも夕方だったので、値下げして売られてました。迷わず購入。ちょっとすっぱみがあって夏に最適です。

    Hagiwara Fruit Orchard is located on a south-facing slope in the Kofu Basin, about two hours by car from the MetropolitanTokyo area. Visitors can pick cherries, peaches, grapes, or other fruits, and eat all they want. On the grounds is Yamaki-yaCafe, identifiable by its red peaked roof and its red wooden walls. It serves drinks and sweets made with fruit grown in the orchard. The terrace seating, which affords a panorama of the Kofu Basin and a stunning view of Mt. Fuji, is highly recommended.

    This vineyard is located a six-minute drive from the Nanki Tanabe Interchange on the Hanwa Expressway via National Route 42 and Prefectural Route 29. Located next to Domeki Park, it is the oldest tourist-oriented vineyard in the prefecture. The summers are cool with a large difference in temperature between daytime and nighttime, making this an ideal environment for growing grapes. The owners do everything they can to grow high quality, sweeter grapes. Visitors can enter the vineyard free of charge and buy as many grapes as they want. They may not eat any grapes inside the vineyard, but after paying, they can go to the rest area and eat the grapes they have purchased along with any food they have brought in. It is recommended that visitors put freshly picked grapes in ice water before eating them.

    お盆ごろいつも買いに行きます。 いつも自宅用は少し難ありで安いのを買い、進物用は少し高いですが大きな房でぎっしり粒がついているのを買います。 こんなところにブドウ園があるなんてびっくりするようなところにあります。

Four varieties of strawberries are grown on the farm: Chibaberry, a new variety popular in Chiba; Kaorino, a variety with a refined sweetness; Akihime, a juicy variety that is not very tart; and sweet and tart Beni Hoppe. After paying a small fee, visitors can enjoy all-you-can-eat strawberry picking for 30 minutes. An additional fee is required if you wish to take berries home with you. Only a certain number of visitors are allowed on the farm at any given time, and those with an advance reservation are given priority.
