- At this day-use hot spring bathhouse, a 10-minute drive from the Kusu Interchange on the Oita Expressway, you can enjoy baths filled with free-flowing spring water straight from the source at a low price. The bathhouse' men's area has hot and lukewarm outdoor rock baths, while the women's area has hot and lukewarm semi-outdoor rock baths plus an indoor rock bath. Both the men's and women's areas have basins filled with fresh water for pre-bathing in place of showers. The bathhouse also has a private family bath with an outdoor rock bath and indoor rock bath. The waters of the bathhouse' simple hot spring are said to treat such ailments as lower back pain and muscle soreness, and are also said to be good for constipation and the gastrointestinal tract when drunk.

- This hot spring bathhouse, an eight-minute drive from the Kusu Interchange on the Oita Expressway, is surrounded by abundant natural beauty and was recently remodeled in 2018. Facilities include men's and women's outdoor and indoor baths, as well as private family baths, each with a different design. The bathhouse' simple hot spring is actually a so-called moor hot spring which contains an abundance of plant-derived substances. Its slippery amber waters will warm you to the core and are said to ease fatigue and promote health in addition to treating such ailments as nerve pain and muscle soreness. The bathhouse also offers cottage and log cabin lodgings.

- This private reservable bathhouse is located inside the Yufuin Yumehiroba complex. In outdoor baths with Japanese gardens were designed by modern master artisan Tatsuo Mitarai, customers can enjoy free-flowing hot spring water. Those with reservations are given priority, but non-guests can also use the bathhouse if there's an opening. There's also a footbath with doctor fish which clean the feet of dead, dull skin. Guests staying at Yufuin Yumehiroba can use the bathhouse' private baths for free. Baths are provided with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a dryer, and towels for customers to use. There's also a terrace area where customers can relax after their bath.

- This farmers' market is situated along National Route 201 running parallel to the Oita River a five-minute drive from the Yufuin Interchange. The market sells locally grown fruits and vegetables as well as food products and Japanese deli-style foods. Here you can buy a variety of foods such as tsukudani soy sauce boiled preserved foods, maki zushi, and local heritage chicken onigiri rice balls made by the hands of local homemakers in the adjoining Tsuyukusa-kai. The market's signature product is its blueberry jam, created by stewing blueberries only with added sugar. There's also a public bathhouse on the grounds where you can soak in the waters of a lovely natural hot spring at a low price. Replete with parking, the market is also conveniently accessible by car.

夫婦の旅行で宿泊しました。料理も温泉も大満足で、部屋もキレイで清潔。料理は地元の食材を使っていて、味も美味しくて見た目もキレイ。温泉は露天の貸切が１つ、室内の貸切が３つあり予約せず、空いてたら札を入口にかけて入る形式です。「花しのぶ」さんで働いてる方達の対応も良かったです。周りの環境もよく、のんびり、快適に過ごす事ができました。

ドイツ式の温泉療法が楽しめるとあるが… 賛否両論かな- せっかく 湯布院まで来たのだから、その自然 天然温泉 日本式を楽しむのも良し。 ただ、ゲストハウス等に泊まる人が 大きなお風呂に入りたい場合、値段もリーズブルなのでお薦め。 そして あまり裸文化のない 外国人がクアハウスとして経験するには良い施設だと思います。 多言語によるパンフレットも置いてあります。

エアコンの水漏れの為不眠。カビ。 携帯電話の充電器の確認したら２時間放置。 押し入れは埃だらけ 入口の看板は色が剥げているし、入口は草ボーボーでわかりにくい。 チェックインのベルで読んでも返事なし ほかに宿泊客もいないのに眺めも最低の部屋を選択、金額指定もしていないのに。 水も出ない。顔を洗うのに水が出ない。 窓の外は、蜘蛛の巣と網戸は埃だらけ。

- This hot spring district, one of Japan's most famous, is said to have first been developed some 800 years ago during the Kamakura period. The district's current town area took shape in the late Edo period and is even recorded in the Bungo kokushi, a history of the region. In 1959, the district was designated a National Hot Spring . The waters of the area's sodium chloride sulfate springs have a pH of 9.1 and are said to treat such ailments as gastrointestinal disorders, nerve pain, muscle soreness, joint pain, frozen shoulders, motor paralysis, chronic digestive diseases, chronic constipation, and stress. The district encompasses 21 hot spring lodging facilities and five public bathhouses, ensuring that both those staying overnight here and those just passing through for the day can enjoy the area's healing hot spring waters. Yunohira is also full of sightseeing destinations, such as the area's hilly, stone-paved streets, built some 300 years ago; and firefly watching, which can be enjoyed around the Kagonogawa River from 20:00 to 21:00 from late May to early June.

温泉で有名な天ヶ瀬、九重などに囲まれていて玖珠は温泉ではあまり有名ではないが、この野田温泉は国道沿いにあり、家族風呂が充実しています。風呂自体も広く子供も大喜びでした。泉質はクセのない無色無臭な感じで万人受けする感じです。ドライブ途中などにオススメします。
