- A charming restaurant located inside an old remodeled private home a short ways off the approach to the popular Dazaifu Tenmangu shrine. Well-renowned and popular with tourists as well, here diners can enjoy healthy homemade cuisine prepared with seasonal, hand-picked mountain vegetables. The daily special, veritably packed with the flavors of the season, is Ochacha’s most popular menu selection. Walked by and saw they had Hokkaido milk ice cream (380 yen). Had a nice flavor but its too soft, higher water content perhaps? Id skip the soft ice cream.
