- This swimming beach is located in Nagasu, Matsuyama City on Nakajima Island in the Seto Inland Sea. Made up of white sand and stretching for 500 meters along the beautiful coast, the beach is full of lively crowds during the summer. Every year in the summer, the beach is the starting point of the swimming phase of the island's famous event, the Nakajima Triathlon.

- This swimming beach is in Hojotsuji, Matsuyama City. This long, narrow beach is on Kashima Island in the western part of Hojo Harbor, and visitors can enjoy ocean swimming in the abundant natural environment of the island, which is part of Setonaikai National Park. In addition to being equipped with rest areas, showers, and toilets, it also has a breakwater that is a great place for fishing.

Ehime Areas
Stretched across the northwest corner of Shikoku island, Ehime is a nature-rich prefecture boasting beautiful coastlines and a rural center where mountains play host to 26 of the Buddhist temples that make up the Shikoku Pilgrimage. Matsuyama is home to an original post-feudal castle as well as Dogo Onsen, one of the country’s oldest natural hot springs. The northern city of Imabari marks the entrance to the Shimano Kaido, a road that crosses six spectacular bridges and several islands, forming a route between Shikoku and mainland Honshu.
