    This restaurant is about a 15-minute walk from JR Chugoku-Katsuyama Station. It is managed by the sake brewery Gozenshu Tsuji Honten, which dates back to the Edo period. The shop is located in a remodeled 150-year-old sake brewery building, and offers cuisine made with sake lees and koji, like only a sake brewer could make. The shoyu koji and shio koji, flavorings made with special koji molds, are all made in-house. Their Nishikura-zen meal, which includes a pre-dinner sake, sake lees pickles, and sweet, alcohol free amazake, has been popular here since 1989.

    雨ふりでちょうど、時間ができたので、西蔵に出かけました。あいにくと千客万来で、一回のカフェで時間待ちしました。二階に通されて、和食と肉料理を頼みました。おおきな梁が露出している落ち着いた雰囲気の中での食事を楽しむことができました。時にはこのような雰囲気での食事も良いのではないでしょうか。

    おまかせ７品のコースを妻と2人で注文しました。 料理は大変可愛らしく、上品で美しく素晴らしいものでした。 妻はゆず梅酒のソーダ割り・私は赤兎馬（いも焼酎）のお湯割りを飲みました この店ではひつまぶしがお勧めとの事でしたので、また訪問したいと思います

    お豆腐屋さんが隣に並ぶ、お豆腐レストラン。ランチで湯葉膳をいただきました。湯葉や豆腐。ヘルシーなランチが食べたかったので、とても美味しくお肌が潤うようなお料理に大満足です。美味しく腹持ちもいいです。外食でヘルシーなお料理がいただけるのは、本当にありがたいことです。

    Sono stato qui per una cena con i ragazzi della fabbrica presso la quale ho prestato servizio e abbiamo mangiato tipico cibo giapponese anche un po particolare... Arterie e stomaco di mucca...

    宴会にて利用。和食やさんです。さし盛り、寄せ鍋、てんぷらなどが出ました。かなり大雑把な料理ですが味は悪くないとおもいます。ほかも宴会利用のお客さんばかりでした。
