Located not far from Osu Kannon Station on the Tsurumai Line subway, the shop is renowned for its green willow uiro sweet rice jelly. Some of the shop's many other Japanese confections include Kaeru Manju frog-shaped buns and ogura sweet bean paste sandwich cookies. The shop is frequented by tourists looking for souvenirs as well as locals.

    Coffee Buriko, located about three minutes’ walk from Kamimaezu Station on the Tsurumai Line, is a townhouse café in a renovated traditional Japanese house built 70 years ago. The shop with a retro Showa period (1926-1989) atmosphere is spacious and relaxing, and you can enjoy the nostalgic atmosphere on the second floor which has seating with sofas. A homemade steamed hamburger steak with different sauces that can be enjoyed on weekdays and weekends is only for lunch but is recommended. Coffee Buriko’s original chocolat green tea which is like a sweet is popular on its drink menu.

The shop is also the inventor of ""Nairo,"" uiro mixed with koshian sweet bean paste, which is popular in part because it is written with characters alluding to bringing good luck into one's home."

    どれでも、１つ350円、３つが千円で、選択もいろいろある。おすすめは、イカ煎餅（醤油かタレの味はユニークだ）としょうが（これは煎餅じゃないけど、つまみとして美味しい)。暑い時間に訪問し、会計の時、店員(オーナー？)からしお飴をいただいた。

    味も良く ランチセットには餃子、麺 、飯 セットがあります。セットはそれぞれが少し少なめですが、組み合わせすればお腹いっぱいになります。ご飯、サラダが付きます。 そのままの料理を楽しみたい時は単品をおすすめします。注文してから料理のでてくるのが早いです。 平日のランチにはとても良いです。休日はゆっくりと味わうといいですね。
