    The Sunomata Ichiya (“overnight) Castle is said to have been erected in a single night by Toyotomi Hideyoshi in 1566. On top of its ruins, the Sunomata Ichiya Castle (Historical Resources Museum) was built in 1991. It is a place for learning about Taiko Hideyoshi, particularly his relationship with Sunomata Castle. Approximately 20 minutes by car from Gifu-Hashima Interchange on the Nashin Expressway.

    1566年に木下藤吉郎 が一夜にして砦を建てたと 伝えられている墨俣一夜城。 織田信長はこの城を拠点に 美濃を制覇したという。 見た目にも美しい素晴らしいお城。 橋こら見る城は格別な素晴らしさ！ 城内はさまざま展示があり 歴史を学ぶことができて良いです。 天守からの風景も良いです。

    "This museum opened on October 9th, 1985 in commemoration of the 350th anniversary of Toda (who became lord of the Ogaki Domain) entering the castle. It exhibits historical materials related to Ogaki in honor of former Ogaki lord Toda. The main exhibited items include materials related to Lord Toda, a picture folding screen of the battle at Sekigahara (reproduction), and Ogaki festival ""Chosen Yama"" materials."

    大垣駅から歩いて大垣城をみて、その近くにあります。新春凧展が開催されていて 色々な凧がありました。また、館内には 人が少なくゆっくりと観ることができました◯

It showcases the history and culture of Kaizu City, with ""Shell Mounds and Ancient Tombs,"" ""Ring Levees and Low Land Agriculture,"" and the ""Takasu Clan"" being the main themes. The items on display teach about life in the ancient Jomon period. Excavated artifacts include pottery and bones from humans, animals, and fish, as well as shells demonstrating Gifu was once closer to the sea than it is now. Their third floor Noh stage can be rented by traditional performing arts enthusiasts regardless of where they are from."

    "This museum is located in the Matsuo area of Sekigahara Town, Fuwa County. Materials related to Fuwanoseki, established by Emperor Tenmu the year after the Jinshin War of 672 and counted among the ""Sangan,"" the three important checkpoints of the Japanese nation under the ritsuryo codes, are on display. With earthenware and other relics excavated from the nearby Fuwa-no-Seki Ruins and a reconstruction of the checkpoint, you can deepen your understanding of this historic landmark."

    関ケ原というと古来からの街道の要所、有名な関ケ原の戦いから８００年程前にここで壬申の乱の中でも大きな戦が行われ、大海人皇子側が大勝利を収めました。この資料館では不破関の建物、壬申の乱の行程などを展示しています。正直、壬申の乱については市販の歴史資料を読んだ方が詳しいと思いますが、行なわれた場所で展示資料を見るのも良いですね。

    This museum is located in the Kamiminamigata, Ibigawa Town, Ibi County. In addition to housing permanent exhibitions of a variety of folk goods, such as items from the shipping industry, which used to form the basis of trade on the Ibi River, and replicas of floats and ornaments from the Ibi Festival, held in May, the museum also periodically holds exhibitions.

    This is a stone carver's gallery and shop. They offer a beautiful line of items, mainly made of marble and granite. Their attractive collection includes gravestones, stonework crafts, artistic sculptures, and more. You can get a cup of tea and enjoy some of their sculptures at their Cafe Marble. Their homemade cheese cake, hamburger steaks, and rice omelets are popular, and many guests come just to eat at the café.

    関ヶ原駅の近くにある資料館で、入館には事前予約が必要な施設ですが、訪れた時はラッキーにもキャンセルが出たとのことで予約無しで入れました。関ヶ原の戦いの群勢の動きがリアルにわかるシュミレーションゲームのような「グラウンドビジョン」や風や振動を感じられる体感型の体感型のシアターは神田伯山さんの語りとともに素晴らしく楽しめました。また、5階からは合戦場の全景が見渡せるので必見です。

    根尾谷断層は、地上に明確な痕跡が残っているだけでなく、公共交通機関（樽見鉄道）で行くことが可能なので、長い間行きたい場所でしたが、今回念願がかないました。地震や地学に少しでも興味のある方には、強くお勧めします。

    興味が無いものに対して良いとか悪いとかの評価は出来ません。ゴマは好きな物の一つですが、ゴマの歴史がどうだとか、栄養分がどうだとかには無頓着で全く興味も知識も持ち合わせていません。セット旅行の一環としての土産物屋さんの訪問だったので、休憩とトイレのために訪れただけです。当然ですが、私は一切、何も買ってはいません。

    貴重な、化石標本が、無造作に陳列されてました。恐竜時代にもこの辺りは海地だったようです。細い道を、たくさんの人が、まだまだ、上へ、歩いてました。軽登山なのか。

    古田織部に関する資料館。主な内容は、古田織部、織部焼き、織部風の茶室および茶道の紹介です。焼きものでこの名前をよく耳にします。素朴な中になんともいえない味わいのある織部焼き。 最近の作家のものも展示されていました。彼は、三人の有名な武将、織田信長、豊臣秀吉、徳川家康に仕えたのですから、なんだかすごいです。素人にも分かり易い展示内容でした。量も適度なので、短時間で満喫でき、良いと思います。
