    Stop over at this stop after visiting the snow monkey park and driving back to nagano. They sell cooked food here and theres a shopping area where one can find some local souvenirs. Theres one...

    A roadside station situated long Prefectural Route 343 in Ojima, Obuse Town, Kamitakai County. The station sells Nagano specialty products like local liquors as well as sweets and kuri okowa chestnut rice made with renowned Obuse chestnuts. The station's restaurant serves kuri okowa and other dishes made with local ingredients. You can also enjoy soft serve ice cream and chestnut sweets. The station adjoins Obuse Park and a farmer's market.

    車を停めて、二階の売店、食堂へは、エレベーターで上がれます。食堂で一服し、産直販売所で、林檎と葡萄（シャインマスカット）を買いました。シャインマスカットは市価より安く品質のよい物が買えました。すぐ横に公園があり、アスレチックもあり子供を遊ばせるのにももってこいで、小さい子供がいる人にはリーズナブルに一日ゆっくり遊べて、買い物もできて、よい所です。

    A roadside station standing along Prefectural Route 119 in Kashiwabara, Shinano Town, Kamiminochi County. The station sells fresh dairy products from the adjoining Kurohime Kogen Farm dairy plant as well as local products. There's also a farm-fresh shop selling seasonal produce. In the station's restaurant, Tenbo, you can enjoy soba noodles made fresh that morning while taking in a spectacular view of Mt. Myoko and Mt. Kurohime.

    信濃町ICから近く、黒姫や野尻湖周辺の観光前のお得な情報収集や休憩に便利です。 土産物売場にお食事処、地場産品直売所いっさっさなどがあり、天気が悪く売りの眺望は今一つでしたが、日曜はイベントもあって、かなりの賑わいでした。

A shop called ""Matatabi"" sells things like handicrafts, and their eatery has handmade soba noodles, set meals, local cuisine, and more. There's also a soft serve ice cream stand called ""Sakae."""

    大した観光スポットの無い栄村の道の駅です。新潟と長野の県境に位置していることもあり、両県のお土産が取り揃えられています。 レストランもあり、意外と充実していました。

    "At an altitude of 2,100 meters, this drive-in is on National Route 292, the highest in Japan. The two-story building has a souvenir shop on the first floor and a lookout restaurant on the second floor. A nearby lift will bring you to the summit of Mt. Yokote and there's also a moving walkway known as the ""Skylater."" It's open from April until early November."

    We drove past the place at noon and evening and caught sight of the sea of clouds. The view was simply amazing with the clouds flowing like waterfall off the cliff.

    "This roadside station is on National Route 117 in Nagae, Nakano City. Their farm stand sells seasonal produce from northern Nagano including wild and cultivated vegetables, mushrooms, and fruit. They also have a local specialty corner with confectionery, tsukemono pickles, freshly squeezed juice, finished goods, handicrafts, and more. The eatery serves rice bowls and set meals such as their ""ekicho-meshi"" set that features a soup and three sides of vegetables with seasonal ingredients."

    りんごの名産地、長野県中野市にある道の駅です。夏から冬にかけてはその時に旬のリンゴが各種並ぶとのことです。訪れた時はサンつがる、ジョナゴールド、シナノドルチェと販売されていて、いずれも程よい酸味があり美味でした。他にシャインマスカットも手頃な値段で売られていてフルーツ好きにはお勧めできる道の駅でした。

    湯田中付近は昼に営業している店が少なく、駐車場も少ないので、両方とも揃ったこのお店はありがたい。メニュー数は多い。ラーメンを食べたが特別美味しいわけじゃないが、素朴な味、昔のラーメンの味でした。昼は14:00LO、14:30閉店でした。
