- This is a lodging house in the grounds of Zenkoji Temple. You can spend a relaxing moment in this space which is warm and dignified while feeling the breath of the Buddhas. As well as being used for accommodation, this facility also offers meals and shakyo sutra copying workshops (both incur a charge and require prior reservation). Using seasonal ingredients, the shojin vegetarian cuisine is prepared carefully taking plenty of time and using plenty of skill to offer colourful dishes with sophisticated flavours.

ガラス越しに焼き鳥を焼いているのが見えます。炎が高く上がってまさした。 先ずはビールで乾杯、何と店の店員さん達から、お疲れ様の声が。聞いてて悪くない、恐縮しました、ありがとうございます。 焼き鳥は大変うまかったですよ。

長野駅から歩いて出かけられる距離の雰囲気の良いお店です。上品な感じのたたずまいで落ち着いて飲めました。料理もやや高めですが、和牛のステーキはとても美味しかったですね。ジューシーで焼き加減もよくて、本当に満足しました。大切な人とゆっくり食事がしたい時に利用したい場所です。
