This restaurant is close to Miyanoshita Station in a stylish wooden building. Customers seated at the counter can look out at the green trees and the landscape of Hakone which makes it feel exactly like you are in a restaurant in the middle of a forest. It is proud of its cuisine created with very fresh ingredients such as vegetables grown in Hakone or Odawara and fish from Sagami Bay. Serving set menus and bowls at lunchtime, the Ajisai Bowl topped with plenty of horse mackerel and the Seafood Kakiage Tempura Bowl are popular. At night, the restaurant serves a wide range of alcoholic beverages and small dishes. Of these, the Japanese wine and local sake are particularly well-liked.

This is a great small restaurant up the hill near the train station. Make a booking and go eat here! All the dishes we sampled were fresh and tasty, especially the sashimi platter, curry and tempura...

Stone construction gives Bar Noble a dignified appearance. Customers can enjoy cocktails made by Mr. Yamada, the owner and bartender who has won prizes in the world championships of the International Bartenders’ Association. Everything about the bar points to the care that was taken with every detail, the antique Baccarat Crystal glassware. The juices used in the cocktails are all freshly squeezed. Soft drinks are available in addition to alcoholic beverages. Cigars are also on sale, and customers can smoke brands from Cuba and the Dominican Republic.

We are on the quest to visit the best cocktail bars in Japan and next stop is Yokohama. We booked seats for 2 at 10pm and came on time. We were quite surprised with the cover charge of Yen800 per pax...

Homerunbar is a baseball-oriented bar located close to Yokohama Stadium. A group composed mostly of beer vendors at the stadium opened the bar as a place for baseball fans to gather. Many kinds of alcoholic drinks are available, including shochu and Hoppy (low-alcohol beer). The most popular food item is Chicken Wing Gyoza (dumplings). The atmosphere is friendly, even for unaccompanied customers, and baseball fans who follow a team other than the Yokohama Bay Stars are welcome. Well-equipped with a projector and microphones, it is highly suitable for post-wedding reception drinks and all types of parties.

This Belgian beer specialty shop is seven minutes’ walk from JR Keihintohoku Line Sakuragicho Station. Founded in 1989, its Yokohama’s oldest Belgian beer specialist. They offer four keg beers and about 50 different and unique bottled beers, all of which you can enjoy at live events like jazz concerts and more. The draft beers are all on special during happy hour (18:00–19:00). The retro interior and round red leather seats have been left just as they were when Hibari Misora sat there as a child when this was the cafe Ponyu.

"This inexpensive Japanese izakaya pub is located a one-minute walk from the east exit of Keikyu Yokosuka-chuo Station. In business since 1953, locals called it the ""Chusaka."" From the time it opens at 10 in the morning, the establishment bustles with local regulars come to enjoy a little daytime tipple. The pub's Sanrei (""three colds"") Hoppy is a way of drinking Hoppy unique to Yokosuka in which the beer-flavored Hoppy, shochu, and glass are all cooled in a dedicated refrigerator, meaning there's no need to add ice. Everything on the establishment's expansive food menu, such as the popular karaage fried chicken and vaunted shumai steamed meat dumplings, are all handmade. The fresh sashimi, stocked straight from the nearby fishing harbor, is also recommended."

This is the best place for yakitori in Yokosuka! I love everything about this place! The restaurant is very cozy. They do have typical western style seating available but it is mostly Japanese...

A restaurant serving craft beer at the Atsugi Beer brewery. They have a line of taps pouring beers that may change from day to day. We also recommend their restaurant's Korean bibimbap and pork belly saute made with Kouza brand pork. The restaurant is occasionally booked or closed for other reasons, so it's a good idea confirm they'll be open before you visit.

溝の口駅から5分程歩いた所にあります。これまで素通りしてましたが、今はコロナの影響でテイクアウト中心に昼間から営業していたのでつい立ち寄りました。店頭にはたくさんの種類の弁当が並び、選ぶのに迷う程。さば玉弁当を購入しましたが、優しい味でとても美味しかった。次回は飲み会で利用したいです。

焼鳥屋みたいな居酒屋ですがネイビーバーガーと横須賀海軍カレーで有名です。ネイビーバーガーはケチャップとマスタードの他にマヨネーズと特製ソース出してくれます。ハンバーガーは輪切り玉葱と鉄板焼の焦げ目のついた肉が合い旨いです。

厚木とは思えないたたずまいの店舗が目を引きます。店内も南欧の雰囲気一杯で入ったとたんに心地よい空間です。タパス主体で頼みましたが、どれも美味しくいただけました。とはいえ可もなく不可もなくといったところで、厚木で食べることを思えばよい選択肢だと思います。

家族でランチに行きました。 12時オープンちょうどにお店つき予約してたのでスムーズに席に案内されると思いきや、席をセットし始め、10分後に案内されその後メニューも来なく、店員を呼び注文後1時間30分料理が来ませんでした。呆れはてキャンセルをお願いし。帰宅しました。料理の口コミはいいみたいですが、接客、調理師の技量の無いのが分かります、手際が悪いのでは?

Just the right distance for a day trip out of Tokyo, Kanagawa is home to some of Tokyo’s most accessible beaches, including around Kamakura, best known for its Big Buddha. Visitors can also travel a little farther afield for a weekend at Hakone onsen town.
