    This is a restaurant located in Gora, Hakone which specializes in Kobe beef steaks and Teppanyaki cooking. The chef, Keisuke Ito has collaborated with Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa who is a celebrity chef who attracts world celebrities. It is possible to have a full course meal which uses ingredients recommended by the chef such as Kobe beef, seafood from Sagami Bay and vegetables from western Mishima, Hakone. There are also plenty of red wines available for you to enjoy with your food. The restaurant is an eight-minute walk away from the Hakone Tozan Railway’s Gora Station.

    We have been to Japan 6 times in the last 5 years and this was one of the worst meals we have had in Japan. We went to the Kyoto branch and Nobu’s other restaurants but this was not on par. The food...

    A two minute walk from Enoshima Electric Railway Hase Station. Look for the large, stylish red brick building. The communal area has a fireplace and bar and can be used by non-guests as well. There’s a women’s dormitory and a men and women’s dormitory with four person and two person (double/twin) rooms. A free breakfast is served in the morning. The facility also provides kimono and bicycle rentals and is visited by many international guests.

    Overall, a very pleasant stay. We arrived around 1:30 and were able to check in to our room early. The woman who greeted us spoke good English and was very kawaii and Genki! We really felt welcomed...

    This is a Spanish bar where one can enjoy a casual drink even during the day, located along Onari-dori Street about a two-minute walk from Kamakura Station. One can enjoy tapas made mainly from Kamakura locally-grown vegetables. They offer tasty Spanish alcoholic beverages including beer and wine, and Kamakura’s first Spanish cask draft beer. They are open for business in the morning as well.

    Lively relaxed cozy bar which highlights Spanish tapas, wine and beer. Of course you can get Japanese beverages and food as well. We go here often.

The seating near the stage is particularly recommended and gives visitors the chance to enjoy the technique of the performers up close and personal.

    A sit-down dinging restaurant and bar which has appeared in many TV programs. The bar has a warm atmosphere and offers counter and table seating. As standard, GONZA offers over 20 varieties of wine as well as creative cuisine for patrons to enjoy. The bar’s dishes, prepared with seasonal ingredients, are a particular draw. Certain dishes can also be ordered half size. GONZA offers a three side dish plate which lets you choose three appetizers from among its extensive menu.

    横浜野毛地区、桜木町と日ノ出町と丁度中間の場所にあります。入店するとまずは好きな前菜3種盛980円を注文。ワインをのみつつもパスタを注文。すべてがおいしいです。店内の雰囲気もよく、心地よくすごすことができました。

    A bar and lounge located on the third floor of the distinctive Navios Yokohama hotel. The bar offers an excellent view of the Yokohama Bay Bridge and the Red Brick Warehouse. The night view is also gorgeous, making the bar a perfect place for a date. The Seamen’s Club VIP private room is equipped with a karaoke system. In addition to dinner, the club also serves teatime. Enjoy a coffee and cake set. The Seamen’s Club also offers an array of course meals and party plans.

    眺めも良くてゆっくりでき、落ち着いた雰囲気です。ケーキセットも９００円から4です。ベリーのケーキを頼みましたがコーヒーともおいしかったです。ソファーでゆっくり友人と話すことができました。日が落ちて景色が変わっていき様子も素敵です。隣に税金関係の建物が建つそうで、眺めが心配です。

    A mature bar hidden away on a rooftop. The bar is not far from Kannai Station and Bashamichi Station. In addition to counter seats, the bar also has seats with a view of the surrounding area. Lacking a roof, no matter where you sit you can enjoy a cocktail with a view of the night sky if you only look up (and the weather’s clear). Note that the bar closes depending on weather and season.

    1品500円と、かなりてごろに楽しめるバーですが、なによりおすすめのポイントはロケーションです。 屋上にあり、開放的な雰囲気でお酒が楽しめるので、夏はとくにおすすめです。 おつまみも充実しています。

Kanagawa prefecture acts as an extension of the Tokyo metropolis that spills over into coastal towns, most notably Yokohama city, heavily populated and known for its Chinatown and seaside attractions. Just the right distance for a day trip out of Tokyo, Kanagawa is home to some of Tokyo’s most accessible beaches, including around Kamakura, best known for its Big Buddha. Visitors can also travel a little farther afield for a weekend at Hakone onsen town.
