    A local cuisine restaurant located in Takewara-machi Kakunodate-machi, Semboku City. Popular menu selections include the kiritanpo toasted mashed rice skewers, homemade exclusively with Akitakomachi rice; kiritanpo nabe hotpot made with a Hinai-jidori chicken broth; and Hinai-jidori chicken oyakodon chicken and egg over rice. The establishment also serves regional cuisine made with fresh, seasonal ingredients such as edible wild plants in the spring and sailfin sandfish in the winter. The Bukemeshi teishoku meal comes with four seasonal, regional dishes.

    夕飯に、比内地鶏の親子丼とローストチキン、山菜の天ぷらに秋田の吟醸酒「六舟」をいただきました。 やっぱり、秋田の食と酒、良いなぁ！ 夫婦で大満足でした。

    A traditional ryotei restaurant located in Kakunodate, Senboku City, Akita Prefecture. In addition to Kakunodate kaiseki course cuisine made with local ingredients as well as more traditional kaiseki course cuisine (both of which offer the option to increase the number of dishes provided for an additional fee), the restaurant also serves a Wa Café Gohan course focusing on vegetables proposed by the restaurant’s young proprietress-to-be. The restaurant is also adjoined by Shokudo Inaho, which serves Inaho udon noodles, nabe hotpot, and other a la carte dishes.

    This restaurant is in the Akita Art Village general resort facility along Prefectural Route 50 in Tazawako Sotsuda Aza-Waseda, Semboku City. They offer a variety of regional cuisine including a recreation of the Satake clan's Okariba-yaki, as well as meal sets and rice bowls. In the evening they have an a la carte menu and six kinds of Tazawako Beer, and local sake.

    秋田県内に宿泊する際はかなりの頻度でゆぽぽに宿泊して、ばっきゃにて食事をしています。 地ビール１時間飲み放題はかなりお得だと思います。提供も早いし、地ビールの質を考えるとペースが早ければ簡単に元が取れるかと(^^) おつまみ系のメニューも食事も美味しいです。 ただ、今はコロナの影響？なのか生もの系のメニューが提供されていなかったり、土曜の定番の劇団のライブが中止になっているのが残念です。
