    This is a roadside station in Ebino City providing tourist information as well as a market called “Yuino Markets” selling a variety of freshly picked fruit and vegetables grown on local farms, as well as fresh meat including Japanese beef. In addition, the cafeteria “EBINOCCO” offers a buffet of seasonal produce. Soft serve ice cream made from cumquat, a specialty of Ebino, is also popular.

    This is a factory in Ebino City which manufactures familiar Coca-Cola and Georgia coffee products. Factory tours are available and at the “Coke Hall” visitors can enjoy learning about the history of Coca-Cola. There is also a flower garden with pathways to get close with nature. Reservations in advance are required for the factory tour.

    This fruit farm is located close to the Kobayashi Interchange on the Miyazaki Expressway. The farm grows grapes and Japanese pears on grounds surrounded by lush natural beauty. The fertile soil and extreme temperature differentials between night and day in the Ikoma Highlands are perfectly suited to growing fruit, and this climate is famous for further enhancing the sweetness of fruit. The farm offers fun Japanese pear and grape picking from mid-August through late October. The Ikoma Highland's cosmos field and the Ebino Highland are located nearby, and many visitors enjoy scenic driving through the area stop by here.

    This shrine is located about 500 meters above sea level in Takaharu Town, Nishimorokata County, Miyazaki Prefecture.     This shrine is located at Kasumigaoka in Takaharu Town, Nishimorokata County, Miyazaki Prefecture and is dedicated to the deity of “Onamuchi-no-mikoto”. The long staircase leading from the torii gate is a feature of the shrine, and the grounds offer beautiful scenery in each of the four seasons. Worshipping at the shrine is believed to bring good fortune and business prosperity, and it is also said that being able to see the “white snake” in the rocks behind the shrine brings good luck.

    "This gorge is in eastern Kobayashi City. It is one of the geosites of ""Kirishima Geopark."" It was formed by the pyroclastic flow of a huge eruption that occurred about 340,000 years ago, and you can enjoy magnificent natural sites such as ""Yagura no Todoro"" and ""Senjoiwa."" The promenade, which was once used as a a trolley road, is characterized by its 11 tunnels of different sizes, and it has been chosen as one of Japan's Promenade 100 Selections."

    A Shinto shrine which records state was established in the land where Emperor Jinmu was born during the reign of Japan's fifth emperor, Emperor Kosho. According to one theory, it is the oldest shrine in the old castle town area. The shrine is primarily dedicated to Emperor Jinmu and derives its name from his childhood name (Sano-no-Mikoto). The approach to the shrine, lined with beautiful cedar trees, is said to be the longest perfectly straight shrine road in the country. The shrine was later relocated to its current location, and it is believed that the Ojibaru Shrine subordinate shrine, which is located around a kilometer west and enshrines a stone said to grant worshippers safe childbirth, is located where Sano Shrine originally stood.

Surrounded by lush natural beauty, the farm has a cozy atmosphere and grows Sagahonoka strawberries, a variety born in Saga Prefecture. The farm offers strawberry picking in most years from December through the end of May. The farm grows its strawberries using two different elevated tiers, making it easy even for wheelchair users and small children to pick strawberries. The farm employs a reservation-only system to ensure customers can enjoy a relaxing strawberry picking experience, so be sure to make a reservation by phone in advance.

    The ice-cream was delicious. When we went out to eat it, the owner showed up and took us behind to visit the cows (and a couple of very sweet cats). It was a lovely, short experience.

    宮崎空港から1時間半以上掛るが、それでも行く価値アリ。ホテルや旅館とは違う、昔の生活を味わえる。今回は部屋出しの食事付き、出雲に宿泊で、囲炉裏でジビエ食材を焼きながら時間を忘れてリラックス!移築した古民家は虫の侵入も多いが、それを楽しむ。神経質な方には無理かも。朝食も美味しく、自然に囲まれ大満足。温泉ではないが風呂も趣がある。但し、4棟しかないので、シーズンによっては予約困難だとか。
