Mizuma Strawberry Farm
This tourist farm is located a 20-minute drive from the Kobayashi Interchange on the Miyazaki Expressway. Surrounded by lush natural beauty, the farm has a cozy atmosphere and grows Sagahonoka strawberries, a variety born in Saga Prefecture. The farm offers strawberry picking in most years from December through the end of May. The farm grows its strawberries using two different elevated tiers, making it easy even for wheelchair users and small children to pick strawberries. The farm employs a reservation-only system to ensure customers can enjoy a relaxing strawberry picking experience, so be sure to make a reservation by phone in advance.
