    This unagi (eel) shop is along Prefectural Road 372 in Shioji, Miyazaki city. They carefully select their unagi raised in eel farms in Miyazaki and Kagoshima, then charcoal-grill them, not steam them, to provide the Kansai-style local grilling. The unagi has a fluffy inside and a crispy outside, and is cleanly finished with tare sauce. You can enjoy unajyu, and hitsumabushi (chopped eel on rice), as well as course meals and unagi shabu shabu (reservation required.)

    久しぶりの帰省、親戚とお昼を頂きに行きました。 土曜日でしたが、ほとんど待ちなく入れてうな重を食べましたが、肉厚で焼き加減も良し、タレを好きなようにかけられるのも◎ 車がないと行きにくいですがおすすめです。

    うな丼を注文しましたが、柔らかい身とパリッとした皮とタレ、本当に美味しいです！喋るのも惜しいくらいの美味しさなです。ぜひ予約して行くことをおすすめします。駐車場はおおくはありません。
