    久々の川豊。子供の頃よく連れて行ってもらったが大人になってからは滅多に行かない。それだけ店が増えたのだろう。こちらは捌きは背開きの関東風、焼きは関西風の良いとこどり。皮がパリパリで身はふっくらしていて非常においしい。

    富山では貴重な鰻やさん。ちょっと価格は高めなので、年に数回しか行けませんが、おすすめのお店です。関東風なのかな？東京の某店に似た醤油を感じられる、甘みをおさえた美味しさです。

    同級生とウナギを食べに伺いました。 うな重3000円を皆で食べ、骨せんべい、肝焼きを食べましたが美味しかったと思います。骨せんべいも子供のころには食べていましたが最近は食べたことなく美味しかったです。城端にはもう一軒ウナギ屋さんが有りますが美味しいウナギ屋さんが二件も有り鰻好きは両方伺われてはどうでしょう。

    スーパー農道沿いにポツンとあるので見つけやすい。 名古屋で修行したとのことで、タレは甘め。 皮がパリっと香ばしく、非常においしかった。 私はのり、ワサビと食べるのが好きです。
