    This restaurant and inn was built to serve as a base for enjoying touring the area's public bathhouses. Located a 25-minute drive from JR Bungo-Taketa Station, the establishment stands right in front of the Ganiyu bath, symbol of Nagayu Onsen. The first floor is a restaurant, while lodgings are on the second floor. The establishment takes great pride in its enoha landlocked masu salmon cuisine, such as its famous karaage deep fried salmon and staple shioyaki salmon grilled with salt. Its enoha dishes are made using whole enoha salmon raised in spring water which are dressed to order. The Matsu Course meal is particularly popular and comes with a seasonal hors d'oeuvre, chawanmushi savory egg custard, enoha karaage, and rare enoha chazuke tea over rice. The Ganiyu Udon Teishoku meal is also recommended and comes with udon noodle soup topped with a whole Japanese blue crab deep-fried tempura style after it has molted.

    民宿?と一緒になっています。 通りすがりに一目で定食屋さん的な雰囲気はないので、来店の時は注意。 民宿の朝食らしい(おふくろさんの味?)落ち着く味です。 子供の頃、この食堂の玉子かけごはんの納豆混ぜを食べて→納豆好きになりました。
