    日田の中心部から小鹿田焼の地域に向かう所にあります。店名の通りおかあさんたちが子供のために安全で体に優しいパンを作ろうと始められたお店です。食パンをはじめ色々な調理パンが楽しめます。一つひとつこだわっているようで、例えばレーズンパンはレーズンが他のパン屋さんよりもたくさん入っていたりします。店内で無料のコーヒーと一緒に頂くことも出来ます。

    九州北部水害のボランティアで来た時に美味しいパン屋を探していたらなかなかなくて、ここに行き着きました。種類も豊富でお勧めします。

    前回冬に来たときは、焼肉としゃぶしゃぶどちらも頼みました。今回は焼肉のみ！お肉おいしいです。サイドメニューの数は少し少ないかなと感じました。お肉メインの方にはいいかと！ビールがすすみます。

    お店はこじんまりしていました。 お土産用とは別に定番の蕎麦饅頭を味見用に2個バラで購入。1つ100円 そば粉の風味を少し感じました。 饅頭鵜飼の絵が書いてあります。

    日田豆田町には和菓子の店がたくさんあり、ここも老舗も一つです。ここは本格的なカステラを作っているのが他の店にはない特徴です。もちっとした長崎風カステラです。他に和菓子が多数あり、一個から購入できるので便利です。 天領日田ひなまつり健康マラソンで沿道を走るので、福寿堂さんがエイドコーナーを出し、カステラを無料で配っていました。

    やはり炭火焼きはおいしいですね、適度に身が締まった 鶏肉を炭火で焼くと非常に香ばしくてジューシーで美味しかったですよ。
