    The house is a symbol of Shimabara spring water located in the central arcade, and is a modern building with a Japanese-style first floor and a Western-style second floor on a site of about 200 tsubo (about 1.5 acres). The grounds also contain a pond with a daily water flow of 4,000 tons, and visitors can enjoy Shimabara's specialty, "Kanzarashi," or coffee with water brewed from the spring water.

It offers dishes such as Shimabara Vegetable Curry and Shimabara Cutlet Curry using local vegetables and spring water, and somen noodles from Shimabara. In addition, you can enjoy sweet including their ""Matcha Shiratama Parfait"" and ""Uji Milk Kintoki"" using azuki red beans cooked with spring water, and original blend coffee."

    Located in Nagasaki Park in Kaminishiyama-cho, Nagasaki City, this long-established teahouse was established in 1885 and offers udon noodles and other light meals as well as sweet treats, including the popular Botamochi, a specialty for visitors to the adjacent Suwa Shrine.

    諏訪神社の参拝後には必ず立ち寄ります。柔らかい細麺のうどんは、甘めのおつゆが長崎らしく、とても優しい味です。ぼた餅は1人前5つとかなり多くかんじますが、あまり大きくないのと甘さがあっさりしているので、気がついたら完食しています。お願いすれば1個からバラ売りもしてくれます。
