    大将がよくしゃべるお好み焼き屋さんです。かなりじっくり焼く印象。大将の機嫌が良ければ、途中でお好み焼きに火をつけたり、火を吐くパフォーマンスがあります。味は、マヨネーズたっぷりで濃いです。

    昔ながらの、といった感じのお好み焼き屋さんです。オーソドックスなメニューはもちろん、タコ玉など、少し変わり種のメニューもあります。自分で焼くスタイルのお店です。ソース、マヨネーズ、鰹節、青のりもセルフサービス。広くはないお店ですが、地元に根付いている、落ち着きのある雰囲気が好きです。

    松山のお好み焼きでも、この三津浜・高浜地区のものを三津浜焼きと言って、広島風お好み焼きの最後を二つ折りにして出てきます。 変わっているメニューは油入りと言ってラードをつかったものがあります。高浜地区にはすじ肉の入ったものもあります。 しずでは女主人１人で三津浜焼きを焼いていますが、独特のソース味が美味しいです。「台付き」と言って中にうどん・中華そばを入れますが普通はそばが好きです。

    気さくな女将さんがいます。そのせいか中年の常連さんから高校生らしきお客さんまで客層が広いです。お好み焼きはオーソドックスなもので頼めば焼いてくれます。メニューはグー、チョキ、パーとじゃんけんに因んだものも有り、グーはエビ、イカ、豚の関西風でした。美味しかったです。

    愛媛FCのサポーターである親子が経営しているお店。サポーターは勿論、愛媛FCの選手とも知り合いで来店されるとの事。私は他チームのサポーターであるにもかかわらず、歓迎して頂き、楽しく滞在できました。勿論美味しかったです。

Stretched across the northwest corner of Shikoku island, Ehime is a nature-rich prefecture boasting beautiful coastlines and a rural center where mountains play host to 26 of the Buddhist temples that make up the Shikoku Pilgrimage. Matsuyama is home to an original post-feudal castle as well as Dogo Onsen, one of the country’s oldest natural hot springs. The northern city of Imabari marks the entrance to the Shimano Kaido, a road that crosses six spectacular bridges and several islands, forming a route between Shikoku and mainland Honshu.
