- This is a restaurant in Suehiro Onsen town, where one can savor the luxurious taste of charcoal-grilled local sea and mountain foods. A popular menu choice is the Jujuan course where one can enjoy both carefully selected black-hair Tottori Wagyu beef and seafood from the local harbor. There are also plentiful combination platters and a la carte options, and in winter the snow crab menu is popular. There are counter and table seats, as well as private rooms where one can easily hold dinner meetings.

這裏的鳥取和牛油脂分佈極高，經過炭火燒烤後油份很快流出，屬真正入口後會溶化的質感。雖然價錢比較貴，但鳥取牛值得一試，與神戶牛的質感完全不同。

8000円のコース料理を頂きました。魚介と野菜がメインでしたがビーフも出てきました。全体的に美味しくてプレゼンテーションも良かったです。ただ前半はサービスの方が1名しかおらず食事や飲み物が提供されるのが遅かったのが残念でした。

外国の方をお連れすると喜ばれます。常設で万葉の衣類や住居が分かり、四季を通じて中庭の景色は素晴らしいです。手入れが行き届いていて気持ちが良いです。
